Best anime of all time, remastered for blu-ray. 10/10 would recommend

Great show !! A must have collection. I used to watch this on dvd when I was a kid. When I saw it on Blu-Ray, I had to buy it. I want to collect this and show it to my future kid.

The box is AMZING, honestly worth it alone (that's hyperbolic, but it's awesome) super neat. The show is obviously great, the hd scale up is done well too

I ran into this offer in December 2022 while looking into buying the individual seasons after not watching Yu Yu Hakusho since the 2000's, and not only did it save me money but it was also definitely worth the wait after pre-ordering! The box is beautiful with raised print and several of the story's prominent characters on front and back. Minor drawbacks were a misaligned paper insert for one of the disc boxes and a few loose discs, but those were easily fixed. All discs were in excellent condition and played perfectly. I watched with English dubs and subtitles, but it turned out that the subtitles were from the Japanese translation rather than just the English dubs in text format. This gave a bit more information at times while the English dubs were often much more colorful and entertaining. This caused me to need to pause at times to take everything in, but it was worth it to me after not watching YYH for a very long time. The extras are pretty good for the most part. I didn't watch all of the one about the trading card game because I haven't played it and don't plan on it. Some of the extras are mostly a few voice actors joking around, but it's still entertaining. On a more serious side, my favorite one was with Yusuke's VA, Justin Cook, talking about how he watched the entire series at least three times after getting the lead and how he was even recording Episode 6 on 9/11 (recording started in Summer 2001). It made me appreciate how seriously he took the role. If you're a YYH fan, don't hesitate to get this! Buying a full series set is usually a bit pricey, but this one was definitely worth it for me and as I mentioned, cheaper in the long run than buying each season individually. Plus, this has two OVA's which are a prequel and a sequel to the series. When finishing the series, I had the bittersweet feeling that I remembered from years ago. I was sad that it was over while being happy about how much I enjoyed it. But the good thing about owning this is you can rewatch it when you're ready. Five stars!
