I bought this gimbal, and I like it enough to do simple shots. It doesn’t connect to my Zhiyun app so I have to control it manually, and It doesn’t connect to my canon camera. So it is limiting on what I can do. I love the 360 turn and the functions it has.

This gimbal works very well, however, the app which enables many of the features (such as the waypoint feature) does not fully work with my new Note 9. I reached out to Zhiyun asking if they were working on it or had a timeline and all they had to say back to me was, "Sorry your phone doesn't work." The fact that I couldn't even get the app to stay stable, the fact they don't seem to have any time frame for when you might expect updated support, and the fact it costs so much when I can get similar functions out of something cheap like a DJI Osmo Mobile (granted, I have to use my phone as the actual camera in that case), I just couldn't justify keeping this thing. After trying for a couple weeks to work this problem out on my own and with Zhiyun, I decided to return it. It's got a nice price point and nice feature set... but the compatibility updates seem to be lacking, especially for newer Samsung phones.

I’ve been using this gimbal for about 2 months and my shots looks that much nicer. I’m able to easily get Cinematic video with the Crane Plus.

The gimbals learning curve is very steep. After using it on two pro engagements and failing to get it to work for the sessions. I brought someone to setup and maintain it. Still failed and needed to be reset several times. To much stress. Switched to a Osmo Plus and have zero issues. Hope DJI undated the OSMO plus or makes a one inch sensor Osmo pocket.

In the beginning it took a little to actually balance the camera, but it works like a charm. I used it with my Canon 80d (whole thing weights about 3.5 lbs) and it had no problem. recommended

It is very hard to balance in a Nikon D750 DSLR with 24-70 mm Lens . Waste of Money , It only work with Sony or Panasonic , I returened the item for a refund

Loved it, My best recomendation is for large cameras. You can add weight and use smaller cameras, but I believe it would be a better option to buy something smaller like the Zhiyun M2 instead. But If you have a DSLR camera, or something bigger than a point and shoot, this one is for you! Professional results, with a nice price point, I couldn't be more jhappy with it!

Good for small ripe of cameras and cellphones not hold to much weight
