I am basing my ratings on the fact I bought this PC when it was on sale ($1,099). I have done a heap of research for my first prebuilt purchase. Thankfully, I was one of the lucky ones to grab one when it was on sale. Although my girlfriend wasn’t happy with the price, what you get is absolutely worth it WHEN it’s on sale. If you’re looking to buy a prebuilt, I would not recommend purchasing at full asking price ($2,099) as you can find better deals from other prebuilt platforms. I mainly play MSFS2020, which is a highly demanding game. I’ll be honest, even with this computer I can only run moderate graphics on MSFS2020. On the upside, it has a way better frame rate, (70+) and doesn’t crash like my previous PC when running this game. This specific GPU can enable DLSS if the game your playing supports it, which can help performance tremendously. I upgraded the RAM mainly for more RGB, lol, but it really doesn’t need it. The packaging was excellent. I did a small shake test when I received the PC and it was sturdily packaged. The PC was in a styrofoam case and the internals had a expansion foam pack inside. The tempered glass was also protected inside and out with a plastic wrap.

Got it at a heavy discount as 2 grand for this is just way too much but $1,125 is much more reasonable. Functions well, performs well, parts all work, airflow is great. Have nothing but good things to say about this desktop

very nice pc with the price. But i don’t know how to adjust the lights.

First one I bought one of the fans didn't work but had easy process to replace it. The replacement I got has its graphics card mounted a little high so that the hdmi doesn't plug in that easy. If not for those 2 issues this would be 5 star review. It looks really good will running. It is fast and graphics look great. Bought it on sale so for the price I paid very worth the money. Not so much at regular price though.

Good pc looks SO SO SO SO clean and nice runs smooth as well liquid cooler is super cheap so DEFINITELY upgrade that, it’s a must but over all I love this computer

Bought open box, disappointing. Never herd of this brand. PC keeps randomly restarting. I have tried everything except reinstalling windows. Board came with no standoffs ssd m2 pcie wasnt screwed in. Water cooler is loose and wobbles. Quality isnt their. Zotac rgb control dosnt work from website.

Great product. My daughter is very happy with it. It runs smoothly. She doesn’t just use it for gaming, she also uses it to create music.

Not worth the 2099 price what so ever only is it worth it with a discount. Water cooler installed improperly. But still works and is a good buy when discounted.

I was fortunate that gaming computers have now become available. Even though I got this on sale it went down in price another $200. Oh well. All in all the computer performs great. I have had it for about a month with no problems. The only bad thing was the the solid side panel door grip was bent.

Outperformed my expectations and runs @ UFO level on benchmark test. The price per FPS is unbeatble when this unit is on sale. Case is simple, but easy to work with and swap components.

worked fine for almost exactly 1 year. Now the graphics card needs replacing.

Overall first impressions were good. Had it for three weeks. Then problems occurred. Updated nivida graphics drivers. I lose fps and games slightly beginning to stutter. Tried to restore the nividia settings and then the screen goes black. Got an RMA process as of now. Zotac seems to be an okay company but they really are taking there time with the process of it getting repaired. It overpriced and not a good buy. Ive bought three other prebulit gaming pc/ laptops in the past. I wouldn't trust this brand tbh. Go with asus or msi. Just an opinion.

I was told by the saleman at best buy that the keyboard and monitor came with pc. They had to order it and when i picked it up it was only the gaming desktop.

Worked for about a minute, then all of sudden was having issues. Tried multiple cords, monitors, reseting, reseating, etc. Still have VGA white light.

Caught this on sale. Awesome PC. Love it and would highly recommend.

Got mine 4 months ago. Currently having PSU problems. Turns on after shut down.
