For sure an expensive toaster - but much to enjoy! I like that i could toss this on 12mo financing so its not hitting my wallet in one lump. Incredibly easy setup. I like the idle clock display. No issues waking it up. Mine came with the panini press as an added “gift”, which I have used more to make grilled ham and cheese more than I have used for toast/bagels. I do wish it had the 270 version layout, but I’ll live lol. I def do not feel the panini press is valued right…25-30$ Or included with purchase. The panini press does at times need to be manually adjusted as it pulls into the machine. Is it better than a regular grilled sandwich… heck no… but takes way less effort.

I LOVE this toaster. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing and fun, but it’s so functional and easy to use. The moment I received it, my friends and I tried to toast literally every type of baked good you could toast. The touch screen on this toaster is such a great addition and convenient when choosing what to toast as every toasting is catered to the type of bread we choose to toast. Also, the shade of browning that you choose is fairly accurate! With this, the count down and soft alarm to know when the toast is done toasting is also a really nice addition! This toaster also isn’t a pop-up toaster - it elevates the bread up and down which makes me feel a lot safer when toasting my food. As well as, the easy pop-out crumb tray doesn’t hurt the aesthetic or functionality of the toaster - it’s perfect! I couldn't wait to get my hands on this toaster once I saw that it was being offered at my local Best Buy. I had watched a lot of YouTube videos with mixed reviews prior to purchasing this item and I felt it would be a great addition to my kitchen, so i ignored the negative videos and took a chance. First of all the toaster looks great. The touch screen shows the date and time when the toaster is not active and it makes a great addition looks wise to any kitchen. But now let's talk about that fact that this thing burns everything. English muffins burn when setting to the doneness level according to the image on the toaster, bagels really burn even at the lowest setting or the barely toaster. Bread at the lowest setting is not quite toasted so you have to go back in and run the toaster for an additional cycle. But you have to make sure you watch it or it'll burn. I was under the assumption that the intelligence branding of the toaster was just that. A toaster that could sense when the item placed inside was done to the level chosen. This is not the case I believe that this thing runs on a timer and each level: heating, browning or crisping is predetermined and has absolutely nothing to do with the toaster and/or it sensors deciding the doneness of your item according to the level chosen at the start. I'm sad to say that this thing is not functional, for $300 I expect a whole lot more. I'm going to have to return this and buy a toaster at a much cheaper price that does a much better job. I've read other reviews here and some people are happy with it I wish I were one of them.

It works great! Easy, fancy and you can pick exactly how crusty and toasted you want your bread.

Had high hopes for this high tech toaster but so far it leaves much to be desired. My family eats a lot of bagels and the darkness level is way off. I have it on setting 2 (as shown in my picture) and the top is almost always burnt. Toast seems to be much more accurate and haven’t tried too many other modes. The build quality and look of the toaster is fantastic as it should be at this price point. Overall pretty disappointed considering it’s a $300 toaster and wouldn’t buy it again. I have not reached out to revolution cooking to see if maybe I got a bad model but may do that in the near future.

I love it! Super easy to use! It even shows when its time to clean out the tray when theres to many little crumbs

It does a lousy job on toasting bagels not purchased from a supermarket. I purchase locally baked bagels which are to high for the toaster and about 1” is not toasted. The frozen bagel is not toasted in the middle and using a higher number the bagel is burnt. Same issue with English muffins. Not brown the second toasting comes out burnt. The same with bread. The picture shown on the toaster isn’t what you get on the toasted product. Not very happy paying $300+ for a toaster that doesn’t perform well at that price. I would say research and testing is questionable.

The item is nice, but it literally gave out the following day! I was shocked after googling it and seeing how many people had the same problem. The screen was frozen and you just couldn’t do anything even after disconnecting. It’s a common issue, so just make sure you buy the insurance. I ended up returning it and getting a refund, it’s not worth the price if it’s a common issue with them. I was trying to upload a video, but it only allows pictures. =/
