What a difference! I've never owned a Tv of this caliber before. I've had Vizio/Westing house/insignia. They are not bad Flat screens, but they are not im the same league to this one. Easy set up. Definitely should have two people if hanging on wall. Excellent picture excellent features. Mid level tv. Bought on sale, and no regrets. Don't settle for the tv you really do not want. We all have done that. Get what you really want and enjoy. I was researching different brands and models, sizes since late November. Finally settled on this model. Coming from a 50 to a 65 is a huge difference. Try to see them side by side. After a week I was used to the size and love this model.

I love the Samsung television. I have been shopping with best buy for over 15 years exclusively at the Thunderbird and i17 location. I purchased 4 new TV's for my new home. When they were delivered the Samsung was fine but I'd also ordered a 55 inch Toshiba which unfortunately I was not able to open and take from the box until about 5 weeks after I purchased it due to an extreme medical condition. When I called Best Buy and explained that there is a hole in the box and something rammed into it and broke the television and that I did not open it and find out until November 2nd. I have the box I have pictures I have proof the DirecTV person help me open it when they came to install DirecTV. I explain this I talked to management and they refused to exchange my television. I'm very disappointed in the service. In the past month I have spent well over $6,000 at Best Buy and I was going to purchase additional items for Christmas. Now I'm going to have to find somewhere else to shop. I trusted that Best Buy would deliver a working product. Therefore I would not suggest having anything delivered by them and if you do check it before they leave.

You get west yoh pay for when your buy Samsung products, this is my dream tv! Superior picture, the 4k is unbelievable! Worth every penny!
