very nice chair
This is a very nice chair. Very comfortable, solid built, well-balanced (you won't tip backwards unless you try). There are a few very minor things that would have caused me to give it 4.75 stars if that was possible. It's advertised as "Big & Tall" but it's more for Tall then Big. The seat, while very comfortable is not as wide as I would have liked. It is however deep (for long-legged people) so I have to kind of scoot back into it. Other then that, it's a great chair worthing of the Serta reputation.

Not bad for a chair
It’s a chair imported from China which you have to put together. After minor cursing and scarred knuckle we put it together. I am 92.4 percent positive it will hold my fat carcass. If you are pleasing plump this may be the chair for you.

Desk Chair
This chair I replaced for a very old uncomfortable chair. This one is very comfortable and good support for your head and back. It has a little rocking to it and leans back. I’m short so my feet don’t reach the floor but I would not trade it for any other its worth the money
