Washes Great, Dries... Not so Great
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good replacement, that could only be better if the inside was metallic and if the dryer actually dried the dishes. As it is, we still have to set out dishes to dry even after the dry cycle.

||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We’ve had this DW for about a year. It is great. Roomy interior, adjustable top rack. Reasonably quiet. And best of all, very clean dishes.

A blue ribbon dishwasher
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So silent when it's washing that I have to tie a ribbon on the handle to remind me that it is in a wash cycle.

Very nice dishwasher, aesthetically pleasing
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Dishwasher itself works great, very quiet, plenty of room, good selections based on load size and type of cycle you want to run. The BOX it came in however, had some damage to it that followed through to the dishwasher itself. It took a long time to get due to manufacturer backlog(ordered end of October), so I didn’t want to waste time trying to get a replacement.

Love the sleek design!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently moved into a house that had all the original appliances. I’m slowly replacing all of them. The original dishwasher was also whirlpool and it still was working fine. The gentleman (Geek Squad) that installed this dishwasher did an excellent job! And now my kitchen looks so much better with this new addition. I highly recommend this Whirlpool dishwasher.

Q: QuestionHi, has anyone not had the dishes dry after the cycle is finished? My dishes are always wet afterwards and that makes no sense to me.
Asked by MsJRH.
- A:Answer I am having the same problem. Dishes are very wet, and so are the sides of the dishwasher. Something seems off to me.

Q: QuestionIs the tub stainless steel also? and is the front stainless steel the type that will not show fingerprints?
Asked by robyn.
- A:Answer Hi Robyn, the tub is plastic and this Dishwasher is not fingerprint resistant. Thank you for your inquiry regarding our Whirlpool appliances!

Q: QuestionHas anyone had a problem with the dishwasher not being dry inside after the cycle ends (even with using the 20 minute heated dry plus rinse aid option)? The dishes are dry but basically the entire interior of the machine is still wet afterwards?
Asked by Bo.
- A:Answer I had the issue before using the drying agent, but not since. I’ve heard some drying agents work better than others. I use only Jetdry. I also typically start the dishwasher just before bed or before I go to work so maybe I give them more time to dry. On the rare occasion that I empty right after it finishes, I typically put top rack, mostly plastics on a towel to dry while I put everything else away. The water usually evaporates by the time I’m done with the others. Hope it helps.

Q: QuestionI have 34 inches exactly from the floor to the bottom of the counter top. Does this unit have adjustable legs to adjust down the half inch of space I need?
Asked by Charles.
- A:Answer Yes, It'll adjust down to 33.5".

Q: QuestionHow much will installation cost?
Asked by DoubleB.
- A:Answer You should DEFINITELY call Best Buy and ask them. Be advised that you will not only need the braided water cable and power cord (these do NOT come with the dishwasher, as we discovered today when it was delivered!), you will ALSO need to purchase a "3/8" compression by 3/4" hose fitting with a 90° elbow". That's straight from the installation instructions. I had to go to my local hardware store to get the 90°, because the delivery guy told my wife "everything you need is in the box". It most definitely was NOT. It should be cheaper to get these from your local hardware store. .

Q: QuestionI have just gotten it installed and noticed 2 issues. After the wash with dry heat selection, the inside was still pretty wet. My old dishwasher was completely dry. The door is making noise when open and close. Any suggestion is appreciated.
Asked by Sammy.
- A:Answer Sadly, dishwashers at this price point will almost always leave dishes wet. What we did was to run the dishes at night, open the door in the morning and by the afternoon everything was dry. Also, use a really good Rinse Aid like Finish or something. That does make a real difference in how fast and how much the dishes will dry.
