Best sound and bass for its size, love it!

Absolutely love this speaker, only regret is not biting the bullet and going for the 4500W model right off the bat! This speaker looks and sounds amazing. My only real complain is that the matte black finish scratches very easy and the Bluetooth connect could have better range. Seems like if I get further that 15 feet from the speaker while connection it’s hit or miss on maintaining a solid connection.

    Bittersweet- sound great/function poorly

Bittersweet. The sound is spectacular with a pair (getting one is pointless, don’t do it). Better than I could have even imagined. Classical music, jazz and music with production value (think Donald Fagen’s IGY)… unbelievable. For classical, it sounds live, like it is in the room with you. However… The power button on one of mine was wonky from the get go. I would have to push it twice (at first) and within two months was pressing it 6 times to power on off. Clearly malfunctioning. The speakers would intermittently cut out during playback, and despite the quality of sound… that is really frustrating. Which leads me to the final point of grievance. It takes a lot of patience to connect them to Bluetooth. Sometimes they connect. Sometimes they don’t. Sometimes they don’t realize they’re a stereo pair. MANY times I’d have to delete the connection and start from scratch renaming the speakers for connection. One day I spent two hours and couldn’t get them connected. And that wasn’t a user issue, because the day before they’d connect and play. Sometimes they’d say they were connected and my Qobuz player was playing…but no sound output. Had enough. Love the sound. Can’t stand the connection and shoddy button issue. Returned them. Even though it was past the 15 day return period… I made a big enough stink (and rightfully, I believe) that they issued a refund. That power button would eventually not work. And the connection issues I lived with for ten weeks and they never resolved. Best speaker I’d ever heard. But most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with speakers.

Excellent sound, fiddly to set up

Tricky to set up and a little fiddly. Once set up, seems to work find and the sound is excellent.
