A: AnswerHi Don! Thanks for taking the time to write to us with your question. Our recommended wire size would depend on the distance between the amplifier/receiver and the speakers. We recommend the following: 18 Gauge - Up to 100 feet in distance 16 Gauge - Up o 150 feet in distance 14 Gauge - Up to 250 feet in distance You also want to use a wire that is designed to be buried "direct burial wire." - A: AnswerHi, Thank you for your question. We do not recommend adding any additional speakers to the MAG6.1 system. The included (6) satellite speakers and (1) subwoofer are the maximum number of speakers you should connect to the Sonos amp. Adding more speakers may result in an unacceptable load which could damage the Sonos amp. I hope you found this information helpful. Solid sound
I have those connected to a Sonos Amp, and the sound this setup generates is wonderful: crisp with just enough bass. I have another set of rock speakers by Klipsch (AWR-650-SM) in another part of my yard with a similar amplifier, and the Sonance ones feel more refined.

Excellent Sound!!!
Great speakers for the yard. They fill the space with sound without blowing out your eardrums. Great value and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to add an outdoor sound system.

Great for the Outdoors
So far these are excellent speakers for outdoors. We wanted something that would blend in w/ the outside environment and these are perfect and the sound is great!
