I couldn’t be happier — I absolutely LOVE my Specialista! Not only does it look beautiful on my counter, but it works amazingly well. In the first 48 hours, I made over 50 different coffees (yes, really — I was that excited!). I made barista-style drinks for my family, tried different recipes, and even used it to make a batch of espresso martinis. It handled everything perfectly. I used to stop at Starbucks every single day for an iced latte. Since getting the Specialista, I haven’t had one. Now I genuinely prefer making my lattes at home — and it only takes a few minutes since the grinder is built in. Before buying this machine, I tried a few more affordable espresso makers and kept questioning whether it was worth spending the extra money. I finally took advantage of a Presidents’ Day sale and went for it. Best decision ever.

What a great machine! I've had this for two weeks now, and I'm in bliss! I have used other espresso machines, and this is by far the best and easiest. The automatic grind with auto-stop is priceless and simple to use; the portafilter fills perfectly every time, the espresso comes out quickly with an awesome flavor, the Americano I make for my husband comes out great too-- absolutely no bitterness in the coffee. The milk foamer heats up the milk to 150 f super quickly. My only advice for users is to run the steam want for a sec after heating your milk to clear the tube of any extra milk so it does not dry inside. Really in love with this machine!

This is an excellent espresso machine! It delivers quality espresso, as well as regular coffee, iced coffee and hot water, all at the turn of a switch. It is effectively consistent in its delivery of each of these beverages. The quality of the machine is excellent. I would recommend this product without hesitation.

Previously, we’ve had a drip coffee maker, a percolator, a cold brew kit, a Keurig, and a Nespresso Inissia espresso maker. This blows them all away. The La Especialista Arte Evo is pretty compact considering it’s capabilities. It’s no bigger than a Keurig and makes way better coffee. It’s also a lot cooler looking. All espressos are full bodied, smooth, and frothy. It’s the best part of my morning, every single morning, and it doesn’t take much time at all. The clean-up is very quick - just rinse out the basket and you’re good to go. We make them back-to-back, so we each get one. The milk steamer is quite loud, as they all have been in my experience, so we don’t do it in the morning - it disrupts the whole house. It’s also very hot at the end. I like it a lot though when I have the time to steam the milk and sip it slowly. It adds a great luxurious texture. The cold brew is something we were really excited about. Our cold brew kit takes over 24 hours to make a decent batch and takes up a lot of space in the fridge, and making a cold brew in minutes is a huge win. It works, and it does not take long, but the flavor is not as bold or full as what we get from the longer batches. We do not use it as much as the espresso feature, which is a daily staple. However we do use it when we want an afternoon coffee and it’s hot out. It’s good with cream, although it does not stand alone as well as our kit brews. Overall this is a great machine, makes delicious espresso quickly, looks beautiful on our counter, and gets lots of compliments. Now that we have it, I can’t imagine mornings without it.

Prior to getting this machine, I did not have much experience in making coffee beyond placing a coffee pod in a machine. Because of this, I was somewhat intimidated by an espresso machine. However, from setup to making a coffee drink, this machine is so simple! I’m a working mom of a toddler and wondered if I would have time to make espresso drinks during my busy mornings. Thanks to the easy-to-use dials and buttons, I can have a delicious drink ready in only a few minutes! It didn’t take long to learn how to perfect the milk frothing feature —I appreciate it being attached to the machine. I prefer to not have a lot of items on my kitchen counter, but this sleek and beautiful machine is no eye-sore, and doesn’t occupy a lot of space. The machine is also really easy to clean and to keep clean. This espresso machine is my favorite item in my house and allows me to produce coffee shop drinks at home!

I love that it has the bean grinder on the machine with multiple grind options. The steamer on the side for your milk? Wonderful! I'm really impressed with this machine! It's actually easier to use than I thought when I opened it. Trial-and-error definitely at first, but it has good instructions and online videos help for more visual learners. Multiple settings make this machine customizable to what you want and like. I really think any coffee enthusiast would love it as much as I do!!
