Customers praise the Powershred 63Cb 10-Sheet Crosscut Shredder for its quiet operation, durability, and affordability, making it well-suited for home use. While some customers would have preferred a confetti shredder, others found that it doesn't handle maximum capacity paper shredding very well.

It has safety features that would be useful when children are around. I don't think it does max capacity paper shredding very easily. If you are behind on shredding like I was you'll have to be patient but if used daily and you don't get piled up, it's more than adequate. Wish it didn't take so much space with the shreds of paper in the catch bucket because it fills up pretty fast. In other words I think diamond cut shredding would've been better

What can I say it's a shredder put paper In it and it cuts it up into little strips. The jam feature is nice sometime I stick to many pieces of paper together and the jam light comes on just put it in reverse for a couple of seconds and back again the shredder does the rest. Waste biin could be a little larger but it's ok just have to empty more often. It does get the job done Cut through credit cards, staples , and paper clips with no problem . Should hold up for a few more year then most.
