QuestionEverytime i play music on my jbl extreme and turn the volume on high level the music paused then plays again after a few seconds. But when i put the volume on 50% level, the music doesn't paused and it plays continously...can somebody help me on this? Tnx

- Answer Hello! Yes. The XTREME can be connected to a source device in two ways; via Bluetooth or Auxiliary/Wired connection. If your PC is Bluetooth compatible, you can simply press the Bluetooth button on the XTREME to initiate pairing mode and connect to it in your PC's Bluetooth settings. If not, you can run an auxiliary cable from your PC's headphone jack going to the XTREME's own auxiliary port.

QuestionI purchased this speaker on Black Friday and I recent got it, I charged it all night it’s seem like it didn’t get one charge so it don’t turn on? But when I charge it it looks like it don’t charge at all, I try to do it all night to see but nothing

- Answer Hi! Yes, our JBL Xtreme has an auxiliary input which you can use to plug any device and play music. As for the iPod connecting via Bluetooth, it depends on the product if it can transmit Bluetooth to be able to connect to the Xtreme.

- Answer Yes, it has a JBL Connect feature that allows you to connect it to another JBL Xtreme or another speaker that has the same Connect feature.

- Answer yes if you watching movie with your laptop simpley go to your bluetooth setting in your laptop and search for Jbl dont forget to active your speaker with bluetooth bottom for taplet it works same as your phone! have fun!

- Answer Hello! If you are referring to enabling pairing mode, you should press the Bluetooth button on the speaker for about 2-3 seconds until it blinks. It will be visible to you device. Also, you may try resetting the speaker by pressing and holding the "Volume +" and "Play/Pause" buttons at the same time for more than 3 seconds while the speaker is ON. If the issue persists, please submit a case request at https://www.jbl.com/support-contact.html and the Customer Service Team will be more than happy to assist you.

- Answer No, jbl extreme is equip with Connect not Connect Plus. Pulse 3 is equip with Connect Plus which is not compatible.

QuestionBought my speaker last winter and it wont take a charge. Jumped through all the hoops on line at jbl and they want receipts etc that I did not keep. ill bit the bullet and buy new batteries if they don't last. Are they replaceable?
