The purchase was seamless and installation was easy, just make sure to enter your .edu email when you go to the verification site. To get your serial number, follow these steps: Click the link to https://www.identit-e.com/adobe in the confirmation email from Best Buy. Enter the product code you get from Best Buy Add your basic info (name, age) Enter your .edu email address in the verification section (This is the most important step!) Submit your request. I received an email with my serial number within seconds. The longest part of the process was waiting for the purchase to load in the digital products part of Best Buy's site. It took about 20 minutes for that to update. While you wait, uninstall any other version of Acrobat you have on your system. Download the installation file from Best Buy, extract the files from the zipped download file, and click "setup." You're good to go!

I've been using Adobe Acrobat for over 15 years and Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 it a total game-changer for anyone dealing with documents regularly. From its intuitive interface to its robust features. Adobe Acrobat has been the standard for viewing PDF documents. Acrobat Pro allows you to manipulate PDFs. You can view, combine, create forms, fill out forms, save and do everything necessary with PDFs. Awesome program! I have used it before, but purchased another computer and needed another copy.

The price could be better. After reading the reviews about the download nightmares, here is my advice: 1. First create an ID with Adobe 2. Validate the number from the vendor @ https://www.identit-e.com/adobe 3. Wait for the Serial number on your student/teacher email 4. Go back to Adobe to register the software, from there you will have the Download link as soon as you enter a valid serial number

Acrobat Pro 2020 is the gold standard. I purchased this because I was averse to paying an annual fee. Fortunately, I have academic credentials and could buy the student/teacher's edition. The student/teacher edition costs less than the annual plan. If it were not for the academic version, I would have opted for another similar product. Beware, you must have the academic credentials to activate the product.

I am going to school online for paralegal studies and it allows me to do what I need to fill out forms, etc. However, I get rather confused at times that it keeps offering me to upgrade to pro, when this is specifically says it is pro? Unless I am missing something? Otherwise, it works for what I have intended it for.

I bought this edition because I do not like paying a yearly subscription. You need to be enrolled as active student/teacher with active EDU email account to receive the activation code from adobe. I ended up contacting adobe after dealing with geek squad, told me "I couldn't get a refund for a digital download. Adobe reviewed my case and made it right by sending me my code i needed. Thank you Adobe So buyer beware of this issue... best buy you might want to add something to description for future buyers of this product

Got this for my daughter who is in college fulltime now, she kept sharing word docs and such. I was worried she would not have full functionality with this Student Edition, but she has been able to do everything that I can do on my full version so far. Good price for a fully functioning version!

Very good product. I like to have all the functionality of the product and make my own PDFs and edit them.

It took a bit to get my student status verified and to be issues a code, but is worth the savings if this Adobe package applies to you. I don’t know if it was just my university, but it took over a week to get access.

I ordered this software to use for our homeschool. It was difficult to register to get the download key. I had to call Adobe to get assistance with this. I was on the phone with them for over an hour to finally get approval to download. They sent me the approval and the download link. Then I was able to download the software.

Having Adobe Acrobat Pro is a must for any home office. The ease of signing documents, editing, combining files, redacting information, is very much needed now working remotely or whenever you need to do personal errands that require uploading documents.

Needed to get the latest free standing update. I figure they will stop offering them at some point, but I hate subscriptions. Full version at a great price as long as you, or a child, qualify as a student or teacher.

This is the one productivity and editing app that I can't do without. Many professional workplaces offer Acrobat for free, but I have to have one for me, personally.

I love this software a lot! There are free software that let you edit pdf but i think adobe acrobat is the easiest to use.

I like that I have the program and do not have to worry about a subscription.

Works great for the standalone software but doesn't work for the web browser which is frusturating
