I purchased this item at Bestbuy in downtown Brooklyn trough my travel. When i arrived at my destination, i attempted to load the software into my computer. I received an error message stating that the item was not activated. I contacted bestbuy and was given guidance, which did not work. So then i contacted adobe, who checked the item and notifed me that it was never activated in the store where i purchased it. I contacted bestbuy and notified them, the recommended that i return to the store i purchased to get an exchange or refund. Bad for me because i was no longer in the location where i purchased the item. Eventually adobe was still working on this issue and they finally activated the item and i was able to load the software unto my computer. Make sure that when you purchase software from a bestbuy store. Make sure thatit is activated in the store before you depart, so you wont have to go trough what i had to.

Redemption code did not work. I exchange for a second one and it did not either.
