    Best buy installed a boss android radio and back up camera in my 2011 Nissan Altima. Pretty quick install. The radio works good except I lose service a lot. The gps Is thru Android auto and it goes out a lot. Not very dependable but that is probably my cell service. As far as the stereo install it was great. Yeah back up camera I had installed as well works good to. Good picture on back up camera and clear. Pretty accurate considering. But night time I can't see anything. The only issue I have with the install is the microphone. It is mounted above my rear view mirror and ut keeps falling down. It falls down while driving. I've gotten smacked in the face a few times by it. Luckily I didn't wreck. I still give 5 stars because they were friendly and nice and had me out of there before the quoted time. Everything works fine. I love the new stereo and the back up camera. Just wish I could see at night time on it.

    I bought this pointless package when i got to my appointment to install the radio and the tech told me that i didnt need it because the bluetooth stuff they do is included in the standard install which was half the cost.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend

  • Dash Cam wiring

    They installed the wiring to work with a dash cam which must include the cam going off when the car key is turned off & automatically coming back on when starting the car. Also the wires were well hidden with the installation.

    To put it short this is the biggest waste of money ever, I bought this and went to my local BestBuy to get my installation, only to find out that they did not know, and could not use it. So i ended up paying 3x the money for the same service this purchased promised me. Never... NEVER! will I got to best buy Geek squad and I urge every one to do the same. Here's the best part, I contacted best buy purchase solutions or whatever the department is, and they didn't give me my money back for this purchased and I NEVER USED IT! Awesome service!
