When the ipad arrived it was in good condition and it charged looks nice no scratchs

I have purchased three refurbished items so far, including a laptop and iPad and a Apple Pencil. I have had no issues with all three Best Buy refurbished products or high-quality highly recommend to anyone who are on a budget!

Amazing I love it so much it’s perfect the only thing I would say is thar you kinda have to put hard on it to click things not like so bad but it’s not bad

Works great perfect size fits in most bags (I.e coach Madeline bag , coach men’s map bag) it’s great for everyday use to watch movies for google sheets it’s amazing great price aswell do recommend the 10th gen otherwise this is great better size better everything just an older chip

You can read reviews all over the internet about this iPad. I am only going to review the "refurbished" aspect of this one that I purchased. I sort of expected it come in the retail box, but that was not the case. iPad arrived in a plain brown box, somewhat securely packaged (basically shrink-wrapped to a piece of cardboard in the inner box). It was a little disappointing, but I guess that is the difference between open-box and refurbished, and I should have expected it. The iPad itself was in excellent shape, looked brand new. Works fine. The main problem is that they did not include the charger or charging cable, even though the listing says those are included. Had to trek over to my local Best Buy, where the CS person wanted to argue with me over what is and isn't included in refurbished products, despite me showing her the listing that says what's included. A manager overheard this argument and came over and made it right, providing me with a charger and cable. Still, it was a pain to deal with. Overall, I am not sure I'd go refurbished again, even if it saved me about 17% off the price.

It’s an iPad, so it is fast and reliable. It’s great if you only need it for web surfing ( considering the amount of ram). I got it for $200 during Black Friday. Great deal for the money.

Perfect size and so easy to carry around and use on my commute. Perfect travel companion. A bit slower than I would like, but works great considering its 4-5 years old now. Can’t even tell its refurbished, great job Best Buy!

i’ve been wanting a new ipad so bad and this one is beyond perfect for me i love the size it’s perfect to slide into a bag or bookbag and it runs everything that i needed it to love my new ipad so much and so excited to continue using it!!!

I purchased it online, and the delivery was fast. The device arrived in excellent cosmetic condition—clean, fully functional, with no scratches or visible marks on the screen or body. I’m still using and testing it, and so far, everything seems to be working perfectly. That said, I’m considering upgrading to the iPad Pro 256GB, as the 64GB version isn’t sufficient for my work needs. Additionally, the Pro models offer significantly more power and speed compared to the Air series, which would better support my workflow.
