I am absolutely loving my Apple Refurbished MacBook Pro 16"! It’s an amazing machine with the M3 Pro chip, 36GB of memory, and an 18-core GPU—perfect for everything from heavy multitasking to running resource-intensive programs. The screen is gorgeous, and the performance is smooth and fast, handling anything I throw at it without a hitch.
What makes this even better is the price. I got it for over $700 off the regular price, which is a fantastic deal for this level of power and quality. If you’re looking for a powerful MacBook Pro without paying full price, this is a great way to go. Highly recommend it!

Would Not Recommend Buying Refurbished

I ordered this refurbished MacBook online, with the assistance of a live rep via chat. I bought this through Best Buy specifically because they offer a product care plan on refurbished computers. When I picked up the product at the store, I realized I had been given the wrong amount of RAM. When calling customer service, there was a lot of confusion because the refurbished MacBooks have a different SKU/product number, and I was advised to take it back to the store. The reps at the store confirmed I had been given the wrong amount of RAM and, additionally, the wrong processor. Since the product was refurbished, they couldn’t exchange for a different MacBook and the only thing they could give me was a refund. It was an extremely frustrating experience, as I had just wasted a week waiting on a product they couldn’t give me. The only option they provided was buying a brand new version of this MacBook, not providing any sort of compensation or solution for the mistake they made. I ended up paying for the new computer in full, not satisfied with the whole experience.

Ordered the refurbished 16” MacBook Pro with 36gb of ram, received one with 18gb (would’ve ordered brand new but no option to ship, only drive 70+ miles to pick up). The only difference was the quick return since, upon asking if the manager would be able to do something, the associate immediately responded there’s nothing that can be done. If I’m being honest it seems like an unethical sales tactic, advertising something they don’t have in the hopes a buyet isnt tech savvy enough to check the specs of what they ship. Never really a big fan of Best Buy, and this experience just made my outlook on them even worse.
