I’m one person that is not into reviews, but awww! If I must be honest, this water dispenser is not only beautiful, but it also makes life easier for my family and I. Living in an apartment is no fun carrying sack of water upstairs every two or three days and having half bottles of water floating around the house can be super annoying. With this water dispense, it is beautiful and easy to use by connecting your tubes into your five gallon water which sits at the bottom of your dispenser without having to flip the gallon over like old-school kind. Two five gallons last our family for two weeks before refilling. I love the white color because it compliments with the rest of my furniture. It has a hot-water safety lock on for kids or for more safety reasons. Go for it, and it will save you the stress especially if you have kids.

So far really good love the cold water and hot water, easy to use and I love that the water hides under. I have two bottles of 5 gallons one on the side and one under the water dispenser that is not noticeable.

Awesome design, easy to clean! Simple set up! Very cold water! Hot water maxes out around 160°-170°, perfect for delicate teas and oatmeal’s, not quite hot enough for coffee, but very easy to reheat in a kettle! Love it! Self-cleaning feature is awesome! Ozone rules!

Awesome, cold water dispenser is pretty cold (I would compare it to ones inside of a fridge) and the hot water gets really hot but I don’t use it as much. Really easy to install and replace 5 gallon water jugs.

This machine is convenient for making hot tea or refreshing yourself with cool water , convenient and helpful during the hurricane season works well with the jackery batery !

This water station is perfect. Cold water, check. Hot water, check. Nightlight, check.

Soon as I took it out of the box it had a dent in the back and the back was popping out

Does what it’s supposed to do. No defects or anything like that with mine. Works perfectly fine. Only thing is that the light is a little switch on the back and when switched on, it stays on all the time, unlike other water dispenser lights that light up when you get water. Still a 5 star product though

Arrived in great conditions functions as specified. I was initially worried the push handles to dispense water wouldn’t hold, but it works wonderfully.

It works spectacularly now it saves me a lot of time to make my coffee or drink my my is Moody or just drink water it is a device that I recommend to everyone in your case

I got the white color, It looks beautiful and a perfect fit for my dining area. It's a good deal for the price.

Water could be colder. It’s a little loud and it needs a nipple to fill water bottles more precisely.

Had this unit for going on two years. Has worked flawlessly for what it is. Compressor started to run continuously. Email support was little to no help with issue. If you're proficient with electronics and can diagnose yourself, call support instead of email and you'll have access to parts to repair yourself as finding parts online for this unit isn't an option. Hope this helps someone.

It’s quiet and not loud, I like not having to pick up the water jugs and they just slide into the bottom. Cleaning the machine is also very easy

Its a decent cooler. Read all the previous reviews and my question for those who complained it didnt make hot/cold water.. you did remember to turn the switch on the back of the unit on as stated in the instructions, yes? It works as expected. Hot water hot, cold water cold. Five gallon bottles are easy to load and change.

I love that the cooler is bottom fed, so there is no need to lift and flip the heavy 5 gallon bottles. Easy to use and works amazing for an immediate cold glass of water, or you can get a hot cup of tea in less than 2 minutes. Ive had it for over a year and never had any issues.There is a self cleaning feature so their is minium upkeep required. Would highly recommend this product.
