These beats are the best thing that ever happened to my ears! Noise cancellation is phenomenal as are all of the other functions. I use these on my pc and they last all day. At 10% power they fully recharge in 35 minutes flat. I was a bit worried about buying refurbs but it saved me $95 and they are like new! Go ahead, order a pair.

Bought these for my son‘s birthday. Shipping was quick and easy and was able to get them by his birthday with 2 day shipping. He’s always been a AirPods fan however he’s really enjoyed these beats. He says they fit his ear perfectly and come with the option to change out the earbud. Sound is amazing and He also enjoys the noise cancellation. They came in an original box and had no cosmetic damage. I am so grateful that Best Buy offers certified refurbished items to be sold at a great price.

At the time if purchase, new costs $150 and refurbished $80. They were basically brand new and came with all the parts and original box. i had to charge it before getting them to connect but it was an easy process once done.

These small and portable beats are just magnificent. It comes with active noise cancellation and transparency mode at an amazing price. It does not even feel refurbished! They are so comfortable in my ears and the Bluetooth connection is seamless. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made!

I would say this was a really one of the best refurbished purchases you could get. It might as well have been brand new out of the box. They work really well as intended and I notice no technical or cosmetic flaws. The transparent design is so cool!

The battery life is great. My biggest complaint with headphones is the call quality is terrible. These have a great quality. Just watch the noise cancellation during calls. The case holds a long charge as well.

I got rhis for 80 dlls refurbished certified. The package theg came was whatever but it has everythinf inside. The earbuds are literally brand new. So far they work great. I will uodate if anything goes wrong. So far love them.

Excellent sound quality. The noise cancelling and transparency modes work very well. On phone calls the mic does a good job of preventing environment noise, people say they just hear my voice when I’m outside. Long battery life.

First time ever ordering anything “refurbished” and when i opened the case to check out the ear buds there was a nasty chunk of earwax on the ear piece that goes in the ear. Ive never bought anything refurbished before, so i would have at least assumed if it was “fixed” they would have at least cleaned it. Very disgusting.

The sound quality is great, battery life is good. The noise canceling is fantastic! They came in the original packaging with the charging cord, ear tips and case. It looked and worked as good as brand new.

I love the design of these, however the process to get them was super annoying. The Best Buy support team had to re-order these for me because they kept getting “lost” in transit. When I finally got them they arrived dirty (see attached), as if they got something spilled on them by the previous owner. I had to deep clean the crevices with a q-tip and still discovered more gunk. Additionally, the audio quality has been cutting in and out between the ear buds. I don’t know if this is a refurbished issue or a Beats issue, however it’s disappointing. Will be exchanging for another pair - probably new.
