I can talk or listen to music or podcasts without the normal background noise. The other person cannot hear extra noises from my driving or being in a noisy atmosphere . Definitely worth the $.

Great noise cancelation, different head gear set up, bluetooth traveling distance while your phone on the charger is good, it's con. I would highly recommend it to my friends.
