Not really what I wanted, but there was only 2 options available. This one sits in your car cup holder. Then you can sit your dink or ashtray in it. The bar come above it with the phone attachment.
The item isn’t as wide as a cup, so it moved around a lot. I eventually. Put a folded wash cloth underneath and put it back in. It now fits snugly.
The bar the holds the phone really isn’t convenient if you put an ashtray or drink it it then it’s kinds difficult to just grab your drink with nocking everything over. Since your phone on the it make it too heave. It’s best to use with an ashtray or not a drink at all
The pic below you can seethe pink rage I used to make it cure

This thing cost me like $35 and is driving me crazy I would’ve expected better engineering and construction of something that when I go to a discount store I can easily get a replacement for that’s just as crappy and possibly even less crappy… the idea of it was really cool because you can actually still use the cupholder since they manufactured it with one still built in it but in many respects it just as functional as I’d hoped it would be especially not at almost $40?

Love this device. Holds the phone up high enough to see and still navigate safely. Especially useful when trying to use the maps app. Does perfectly in my Kia.

Great idea, first cup holder that’s really functional in two ways. Love it, the phone holder has the right height for a pickup.

Didn’t have much luck on this recent shopping trip! The phone was too heavy for this thing and the tip bracket that holds the phone kept falling off without me doing anything to it nor going over bumps etc. finally gave up and returned it .

Have been using this new phone holder for a few weeks now - and have been well pleased with it. I am still able to use my cupholder for canned beverages - but tall wide beverage containers might be an issue and have to use another cupholder. The neck of the holder sticks well up into the air making it easy to see - and it does not bounce around much unless I get on really rough, bumpy roads. The phone is grasped very well by this holder. There is a small release button on the lower right that promptly releases the grip on the phone - though you have to remember where it is - as it is not visible when in use. One can angle or spin the arm around a bit as needed. Some people might not like this high rise holder if their vehicle has a big screen display in the middle of the dash - especially if the cupholders are very forward in the middle console. For my vehicle it does great - and I am well pleased with this purchase.

I have owned some Bracketron phone holders before, but this one is really great for my 2013 Jeep Wrangler because there isn't any room on the dash or window to mount a normal phone mount. It fits snugly in the gup holder and has a super simple to use clamp that has fold-out feet that make it really easy to insert your phone. The arm that holds the clamp is long and flexible making it ideal to position just how you like in the car. The phone holder can rotate 360' so it is extremely versatile. The cup holder can hold my large Tervis tumbler which is great and it is spring loaded so it can expand to any size without any adjustment.

It fit in my existing cop holders perfectly but when driving on the highway the flexible arm moves too much. Looks like a blowup that you would see in front of a business flopping in the wind. Was not happy with it and after 15 minutes and returned to Best Buy for a full refund.

Odd little device. Works well - Set up was confusing at first. As a "guy," I've a habit of not reading instructions (as most of the 1 star reviews OBVIOUSLY did not read theirs.
Difficult to set the angel on the adjustable arm.
Once firmly in place, and the arm adjusted, this device works great for the applications I need to use while driving.

Review after my first use in my Dodge Dakota those cupholders slide out of the front of the center console. The height of my cellphone is great. The cellphone holder pole moves a lot with driving, so much that it loosened and disconnected and fell; I tightened it harder, and it didn't fall again. Because my truck's cupholder placement, I have to move my arm to see my cellphone screen; this minor issue can be overlooked. With the device's pole rotated away from me, my cellphone covers the device's built-in cupholder, making it unusable. The flexible pole obviously needs to be stiff, but I wish its top end had a pivoting connector with a locking nut to allow the cellphone to be better tilted. My truck's cupholder has an adjustable arm to tighten on the cup. The device's cup insertion base has ingenious tightening pads, but I can't too much because one of the pads will press against the adjustable arm. Previously I unsuccessfully tried to use cellphone holders with suction cups or clips to vents. This device's mounting into a cupholder is better.

Really liked this cup holder phone mount. Worked very well for the life of the product. Having the auxiliary cup holder was ideal because I did not loose that function a still gained a phone mount.
The arm broke off after considerable use, but I call that fair wear and tear.

Doesn’t hold phone securely, flexible arm also creates a lot of bouncing, which exacerbates loose grip problem. Purchased for use in a golf cart, and the added bounce made this product unusable.

Hubby uses it and he would give it 10 stars. Holds both phone and and cup securely with adjustability for each. Very easy to use. Seems to be well constructed. Time will tell.
