Awesome game that I love very much and is awesome.

This interesting little sidescroller turned out to be really fun. i haven't quite finished it yet, but the challenging but fair gameplay keeps me coming back. for folks who are fans of games like metroid and castlevania, this would be right up your alley

This game was a breath of fresh air. It's a very well put together 'Metroidvania' retro style adventure game with sharp graphics and chip tune music. Terrific little game to have on the go or on your TV at home.

This physical edition of a classic game is amazing!

This game was released on the 3DS previously however this is my fist time playing it. It has a retro feel with new school mechanics and has a good story. If you like action shooters then you should get this.

If you're a fan of Metroidvania games, Cave Story is right up your alley.

I know this game came out like something around 10 years ago, however I found myself addicted to the minor story and great gameplay. A little short but length is pretty good for this type of game. Pick it up on the switch if you have one.

I had this game already on Steam but never beat it. Got it on Switch for the portability and I'm a huge sucker for physical media and also has a really nice manual. Great side scrolling adventure!

If you have any heart for platformers, this game is for you! I highly recommend it - give it a chance for more than an hour and you will be hooked! Great addition to the Nintendo Switch library!

Cave Story+ - Nintendo Switch, I tried this on the Wii but didn't really get into it, many friends have raved about it so I decided to give it another chance. It comes with the Sound Track on a Mini-CD and the manual is made in the size / style of the old NES Game Manuals.

This game has been available in one flavor or another since 2004, often for free on Steam, so paying up to $30 for the Switch version seems high. I was able to use a discount to get it for $23 , and with so few games available (or in my library) for the Switch as of Aug 2017 it was an easy choice to buy. The 3DS / DS version was only $10, and I was tempted to go that route, but being able to play with a pro controller on my large-screen TV via the Switch also influenced my purchase decision. It's certainly a fun game, and would strongly recommend it, especially if you hadn't played it before

13 years since it's original release and it still holds up very well. Plenty of new game modes added and 4 soundtracks to select from. However, if you own other versions of Cave Story I would suggest waiting for a sale.

One of the games that revitalized the metroidvania genre. The game is great and definitely worth picking up, even if you have already played it on another platform.

A great indie game that has been ported to the switch

This is a fun little game, though perhaps a bit pricey for what it is (basically an "old school" game for the brand new Switch). That said, for a relatively low price point, it's hard to beat a game like this.

I love this game on the Switch. Any game on the Switch, in my opinion, is automatically better due to the portability factor. Definitely recommend picking up this "classic."

Even though this is a release of a game that came out over 2 years ago, Cave Story+ is the definitive edition. It will keep your attention for a great while and is fun to play.
