Perfect Starter Smoker

His friend has the same one and its all hes talked about for awhile. If you know the basics of cooking, this is pretty simple to use. Even the set up was easy. Definitely recommend checking out some youtube videos on it. You can find a lot of helpfully tips and tricks for it as well as recipes. Also live that it comes with a small recipe book. We cant wait to try all of them!

What I like the most about this was the ease of getting the temperature in the 220-235 range and it staying there for several hours without any worries. I've used it 3 times and while I have a lot to learn I cannot blame the temp control at all and keeping chips doing their thing is easy with the separate door for that.

Two changes that I would have preferred are - A) a sturdier vent, and B) the water and wood-fuel pan is too close to the burner and uses both water and wood way too fast. I improvise with another pan and it works out better.
