This purifier is a great addition to my small apartment. I use it often at night for allergies and when I am cooking. I sleep better and my place smells great. I also purchased this item to prepare for fire season and this helped with air quality in my apartment greatly. Sometimes I do misplace my magnetic remote but you also have the option of controlling it through the Dyson app. The Dyson app also gives you local information of AQI information and general data or AQ in your space. I personally don’t read to much into. I highly recommend this item because it’s been good to me and I have not experienced any problems since purchasing it.

I have had this fan for a little over a week, and so far I’ve really enjoyed it - especially while working from my bedroom. The air is never stagnant and I actually love the heating element a lot more than I thought I would. It heats up the room relatively quickly for its size. However, note that it’s a cooling fan rather than an ac unit, and so it doesn’t push out “cold” air in the same way it does “hot.” That said, it’s super quiet and works perfectly well with the remote and the accompanying smartphone app (as it should for this price). In terms of filtering ability, I lit an absolutely putrid candle the other night that made me pretty lightheaded and so I went over to the fan to look at the air quality indicator and it was off the charts. It actually gave me an indication of how many particles were in the air. It took about 10-15 min for the fan to clear the air and bring it down to a safe level, which I did notice. Overall, it’s a great fan that’s gotten rid of my endless turning the ac up or down 1-2 degrees.

This Dyson is a must have in my home. The humming allows me to sleep. It is an air conditioner that you don’t have to empty the canister. It is a wonderful heater and the winter purifies the air. What more could you want out of one product and it is long lasting last forever with good

I was in the market for a fan that blew hot and cold. This one also purifies the air which was a plus. My home isn’t insulated very well, so some rooms get very hot or very cold depending on the season. I can put this fan in my room set the temperature and in twenty minutes it’s hot and it shuts off once at the desired temp. Kicks back on when it gets cold. I bought two, one for downstairs and upstairs. Worth every penny! Adds about twenty five dollars to my electric bill each month but at least I’m not freezing under three blankets for the winter.

We got this mainly because of the heater feature since its been very cold but liked the idea that it was also a air purifier and a fan for cooling (not to be confused for an air conditioner) however we had it for about 8 days and noticed that the heater turns off after 2 hours of use and i get an error notification from the app telling me something went wrong with the unit and it powered off. However the app doesnt tell you what caused the problem. Also having the heater at the highest setting only gives you warm air and to feel it you need to be no more then 9 inches away from the unit otherwise the air will feel cold. After having it for 8 days we noticed that this unit was definitely NOT for us. As for an air purifier and fan, there are many options that will do the job better and for a lower cost however they dont look as nicely designed like the Dyson HP09 does, the gold looks more like a rose/copper color too. Now the remote is not paired right out of the box so what you need to do when you unbox the unit, out the filters on and plug it into the wall outlet is place the remote on top of the fan where the magnet strip is at and then power on the machine from the main power, after you do that the remote will pair and then you can use the remote with ease. The app works ok for cooling and setting up the rotation of the fan however i couldn't get the heating function to work from the app, i was onmy able to access rhe heater through the physical remote. As for google home integration i unfortunately didnt try connecting it to my google home hub as i also have a honeywell thermostat and i didnt want to confuse my google home with commands like hey google: cool the house or hey google turn on the heater etc. So i left that part alone. So i decided to return the unit back as our main goal was the heating function since our main central heater gave out and no parts were available to fix it right away. I found the electric heated blankets worked better then this to stay warm. This unit is ok, if it was worth half the price it currently is then i would have kept it since its basically the jack of all trades when it comes to heating when it wants to work right, a cooling fan not to be confused for an air conditioner and a air purifier however its a master of none. I wish bestbuy would have had a working display model as it would have been much easier to have made a better choice. Well thats all i gotta say about it.

I’m enjoying this unit especially since it has heating/cooling settings as well as purifying the air. I like that it oscillates and I can control the settings with remote.

We purchased this purifier almost a year ago, and WE LOVED IT! We have a kitty at home, although I'm allergic to cats. After we bought this and started using it, my allergy got much better. I sneezed much less, and my eyes were not always itchy. We also really like the heater. Winter in San Francisco could get a bit too chilly sometimes. The heating function of this purifier really helped us A LOT last winter. It worked even better than we expected. We keep it on 24/7, and the filter lasted for about 7 months before we needed to change it.

It is a bit expensive but it’s worth the price. I can feel that the air im breathing is fresh and clean. And it is amazing that I don’t have to turn on my AC or my Heater, because Dyason alone could suffice.

Clean air is worth the extra cost. I have a dyson vacuum also and very much a fan of the brand. This purifier does a great job of clearing out all the cooking smells of bacon, fish, etc from my kitchen. Also helps keep us warm on the colder mornings. I’m thinking about getting another one for upstairs. Love the Bluetooth feature too.

Amazing fan! I love how I can control with my phone as well and that is purifies the air it helps so muxh with my allergies.

Replaced a Lasko fan and separate heater with the heat/cool Dyson. The fan mode is ultra quiet at lower speed with a good range of air flow settings (1 - 10). Its great to turn on the heat to take the chill away in morning and circulate cool air when cooking. The cost is significantly higher than other fans but i have not found a single product that has the same functions with Dyson quality.

I was on the fence for months about buying because of the cost, but I'm glad I bought it. I bought the formaldehyde version of this because I have it in have it in an area near cleaning supplies and appliances which would put off the gas. There was an odor in the air in my town, and this eliminated it in my house entirely! I have it in my main living room and it is able to clean the air in my open floorplan. It's cleaning about 1000 sqft right now with no issues. It looks great, it's fully controllable with the remote or app, which is actually far more convenient than I thought it would be. All of the control and monitoring makes this well worth the extra money over similar "dumb" air filters.

Very high quality quite fan that also is a heater. Only negative that Alexa can’t turn on the heat.

I really like all of my Dyson products, even though they are quite pricy! You get what you pay for. I wish i had kept the TP09, which was very similar to this one, but without the heating feature. Works good, but doesn’t cool as well as I had hoped, so I’m not sure if I will keep it or trade it in for a different model. I like the app feature, except you cannot control the temperature with the app, but only using the remote control. The screen displays the air quality and has thorough display. Good product.

bought 2x love this fan air purifier… it can effectively clear smoke whenever we bbq.. i just wish i bought my first one during sale

Overall significant sound upgrades from HP04, much more quiet. And with a similar design to the prior version, the space I had for it was sufficient.

I was able to get my product next day without getting out of the house where I care for my Mom and try not to be gone alot. This is the second purifier I have bought due to quality and difference I can tell.
