I bought the ECOVAC T30S COMBO COMPLETE from Amazon. It is a great concept and I loved it the first two times I used it; until the third time when it started dropping more dirt and pet hair than it picked up. When taking it apart to return it, I found that even though it went through the motion of self-emptying it was not emptying. When its little dirt bin became full it stuffed dog hair and debris in every crevice it could find. I have attached a picture of how much I dug out of the inside. THE DIRT BAG WAS EMPTY. It also states that hair does not tangle around the roller. I have attached a picture of the roller with hair wrapped around it. I was able to return it to Amazon packed in its original box. UPS picked it up at my door which was nice. It's been 2 weeks and I'm waiting for my refund.

At the beginning i found that our house carpet that a lot of pet hairs especially under furniture. It did take about 5 times running the vacuum on max yes the dust bin get full m i cleaned evertine now all thoae left over haird from a cat we don't have are gone. So at the beginning may need more attention. maintenance. Read and follow the manual at the beginning i had to perform the maintenance of dust bin dust brush and dust bin filter more often. Run it every day.

I love it . It’s amazing make my life super easy . Make my house always spotless special having cat in the house . Cleanup so well. I highly recommend for whoever has pets or if u don’t still need them.

This vacuum did not empty when vacuuming pet hair.

Horrible expierence with this model but bought from amazon not best buy. Obstacle avoidance was very poor, handheld vacuum was defective, returned it and bought n30 pro omni and a n20 pro plus f9r basement with bestbuy tbis time. N30 was also defective leaking water and bestbuy swapped it out and the new n30 is working good and so is the n20 pro plus.
