This speaker system packs a lot of punch for the money. They are small, elegant, and put out amazing sound. They hooked up to my phone right away. I was also able to hook them up to my record player and even my receiver. Unfortunately, I don’t have the right inputs to hook it up to my TV, directly. But, I’m investigating. You really can’t be the price for the quality of these speakers.
Pros:
Fantastic sound quality.
Can’t beat the price.
Small Sub makes it easy to conceal.
Look and feel like more expensive speakers.
The packaging was very well done, meticulous, and secure.
Cons:
Hard to read the dials.
Would like to have them work with my TV...working on that.

I've had these speakers for a little over three weeks and have been very impressed in that short time frame. Since working from home I've been able to use a small Bluetooth speaker in our home office but wanted a better setup, that led to the decision to upgrade to the Edifier speaker system listed above.
Upon receipt the item was packaged by very safely and no damage was noticed. The build quality was evident from the get-go as they have a nice weight to them. After unboxing and connecting everything it was time to test out the quality.
First impression was amazing, the two titanium-dome speakers give clean high's and mid's and the included wires give ample room to spread out for the desired range or room setting. The bass really drives home the full sound, the 8-inch subwoofer gives a powerful bottom to all of my favorite songs and adds an whole new level to the sound quality. The final point that really stands out to me is the included remote. You're able to adjust volume and even skip songs on the original device directly through the speakers, not a necessity by any stretch but a great bonus feature.
At this point I have not noticed any downsides to the speakers. My neighbors may disagree but for the price these really can't be matched. Great quality and a very clean look!

Super easy setup out of the box, I only wish the optical cable was longer. I had to change the side I wanted the subwoofer on because the cord was too short. I've been thinking about getting a soundbar for my TV but now I'm going to use this instead! And it's great because at any time I can chang the input and use it as a bluetooth speaker with any device I want or change to one of the other inputs.

I am immediately really impressed by these speakers. To my pleasant surprise, they are far more quality and substantial than I anticipated.
They could not have been more simple to set up from both a physical hardware and Bluetooth standpoint. To top it off, the base and sound quality is great! We bought for our basement but are now thinking we should be using them on the main floor because they are better than our current set up! Really slick looking, too!

These speakers have amazing sound. It's hard to find a song that doesn't sound good on these. The setup was easy. Took a few minutes and i was ready to listen. The remote took a little time to get used to but not an issue. The rich sound makes up for everything. I would highly recommend to someone.

You will not be disappointed, I bought these for my desk set up. If you have a larger desk they are perfect, you can get by with a small desk as well. Also, being able to connect via Bluetooth is great and easy.

Bought these speakers a month ago and have gotten some pretty good use out of them. They are loud and the sound quality is awesome. They’re Bluetooth and come with a remote which is nice.

Great speakers. They're pretty straightforward in terms of set up and it comes with every cable you'd need for whatever you want to hook it up to. I listened to the Halo: Reach soundtrack to really test them out and MY. GOD. did that sound fantastic. It brought me right back to highschool days, playing halo all summer. They get really loud too if that's what you're going for, but most of the time I don't even have them at half volume and it's plenty loud for jamming out and singing however poorly you want without worrying who can hear you. I'm no expert, but the bass doesn't get muddy or thumpy and lose the note (although there's plenty of rumble), mids and highs don't get lost at any volume I've tested. It's worth mentioning that I did tool around with the bass and treble knobs to get the sound that *I* wanted to hear and I have not gone over like 75% volume, if that. All in all I definitely recommend these if you're looking for a simple, but very nice speaker experience.
Disclaimer for value: I bought them on sale and am privileged enough to have used the Best Buy credit card to finance it, but even without that, I'd be a happy camper.

These are replacing my 10+ year old Klipsch Pro Media 2.1's. Sadly they bit the dust and it seems Best Buy no longer carries them. I was disappointed to see they were no longer in stock. There just isn't much else in that $150 price range that matches what those speakers could do.
After much youtubing and redditing I landed on these and I am not disappointed.
I am not a hardcore audiophile, but I can appreciate good sound and know what I like. These fit the bill and sound more like something in the $500 price range.
The first thing I noticed is that these are HEAVY. The build quality seems to be top notch. Only time will tell how they hold up, but I can see these outlasting my old Pro Medias.
Sound quality is amazing as you may have gathered. I am hearing sounds that I didn't get from the Klipschs. Honestly that is saying a lot as they were no slouch. I never felt a need to replace those. The highs and mids are excellent and the bass hits appropriately. Some EQ tweaking may be required, but is mostly personal preference.
Set up is easy. Inputs, including Bluetooth are a welcome option that I didn't have before. Obviously not as modular as a passive set-up with an dedicated amp, but its very good for what it offers and cuts down on bulk and cables.
I would highly recommend this for a pc set up. Skip the fancy gaming/RGB set ups. This is better. Embrace it!
This is also a great option for a living room TV set up if you don't want to go full surround, but want better than a sound bar or tv speakers. It has an optical cable and will work by default with any modern TV right out of the box.
I noticed a lot of people online wondering how these are against the Klipsch Pro-Media. As a 10+ year user of those speakers, I can say these are truly better. And they should be at twice the cost. Are they twice as good? No. Price to performance, the pro medias are still king. But if you can foot the extra cost, you will get better sound, quality build and slightly more modularity. I fully expect these to last as long or longer than Klipschs.
Thank you Edifier for making such a great product at a reasonable price.

This 2.1 system is great. Sounds better than the stock TV speakers. The size makes it easy to place around a tv stand, but the cord for the right bookshelf speaker is a shorter than the other so be sure to plan out that part. Numerous ways to connect everything as well.
Very affordable. The circular remote is a little odd and the light that shows the connection/volume on the right speaker is a little small.
All in all a solid system if 2.1 is what you need/want.

This product received so many great reviews and after uising it for just a short time, I see why!!!!! This little but nicely weighted product gets the job done and then some!! Musically, streaming from cell wirelessly via Bluetooth or using wired, the sound stage is so full and accurate!! Big sound from the satellite speakers and the subwoofer!! The sound is so smooth and detailed!! Vocals and instruments sound so defined and clear, Love it! I'm using as home office speakers and the same sound quality is evident using my laptop via Bluetooth or when wired! The remote is cool and remote battery life has been good so far! This product itself is not wireless but connecting to other Bluetooth enabled devices is a breeze!! Haven't tried connecting to my Smart TV via Bluetooth yet but can't wait!! The cable length connection from right satellite speaker to subwoofer could be longer but wire connection from satellite to satellite is fine! This is the best set of speakers I've ever heard for the size!! Not all disappointed with this product!! Worth every dollar!!

Best bang for your buck. Tons of connections but the optical is where it truly SHINES. Bluetooth connects fast and sounds great too. Bass is clean and hits pretty hard for this price. Highly recommended and I did tons of research. Enjoy!!

You will not get this quality sound from any other system for the same money. The build quality of these speakers is top shelf, you can feel the weight each speaker. It has 5 different inputs, I use bluetooth, optical and aux - of course the quality is best with optical. This is the first product I bought from Edifier, I did a bunch of research was looking to replace a Logitech set of speakers for my computer. I listen to everything from R&B, to hiphop, jazz and alternative and everything sounds amazing

Nice looking, easy to set up with all cables included. Feels like a solid build. Sound is amazing and can get really loud, the sub can shake the house. Easy controls. Some small cons for me. The round remote might be a little confusing if rotated in wrong direction and also missing bass and treble controls. Another con is that the display is very small. But these cons are not a deal breaker for me. Most importantly you get an audiophile sound quality even from your cellphone.

Excellent sound. With bass & treble softened the mid rage is excellent for clarity of speech. Ordinarily I like strong bass for music or movies but for my current use (listening to people with language issues, slurred or mumbled) this superb - heard and shoulders above every thing else I tried. If I were to do it again I would probably get it without the subwoofer - I'm sure i'd get enough bass out of the R&L side speakers alone.
I did find set up difficult & instructions minimal and poor. Bluetooth pairing poor: speakers were hard connect to. They often did not show up on the Blue Tooth add screen. The instructions to make them "discoverable" were vague. Even when you got them discoverable, it takes along time to show up & you get "device not Responding" frequently when trying to pair. They seem do do fine once paired unless you try to switch devices using them - they pairing again cumbersome - not an easy switch back and forth.
Overall excellent speakers but expensive and a bit difficult to manage

If you love to listen music to it's original.. this product is made for you. I got impressed by it's first sight.. they are heavy and strongly built peace of wood...
When I played my favorite tracks for first time on this speaker, I listened additional instruments I never listened with any other speakers.. not even with my favorite headphones.
In short.. it's very responsive to lows, mids and bass with sharp details.
Model# in this listing is wrong.. Actual model# is S350DB.

My logitech speakers died after 10 years was looking to upgrade sound system for my PC. After a lot of research the Edifier name kept coming up as a great company with quality products. This system sounds excellent. Definitely worth the $300. I don't use the remote much which takes some getting used to the shape. Input using my motherboards optical out and occasionally link the bluetooth to my phone for blasting some tunes. The dials on the side of the speaker are very satisfying to turn.

I Really like this set up. Both speakers sound really nice and the subwoofer hits hard with deep bass. Problem is the subwoofer is already blown, and i dont see how because i just got the set up in august and im hardly home to use them. so i hope the manufacturer warranty will take care of this problem so i dont have to replace it myself. Would have gave it a 5 star but considering my issue.

We were looking for a speaker system to use in our living room and these are great!
When it arrived, I was dreading the set up, but it was surprisingly easy. It works seamlessly with our TV and iphones so we can use it for movies and listening to music. The sound quality is incredible even with our really high ceilings and large space.
Highly recommend!
