Works well, nice design. Not a lot to say about a window AC in 2024… all they need to do is work. This one works. It’s pretty quiet compared to some others I’ve seen. It doesn’t have WiFi or any fancy features. It does sport a digital thermostat which is nice. I much prefer digital to mechanical. The thermostat, however, doesn’t seem to be super accurate. If in Cool mode then it seems to do fairly well with maybe a 2 degree variance at most. I’m happy with that. What isn’t great is the Eco mode. I prefer to use Eco mode but this particular unit will allow the temperature to swing a lot before it kicks back on. If you set it to say 70 and put it on Eco it will cut off when it hits 70, and then turns the fan on periodically to survey temperature. During this process the temperature in the room will rise 5-7 degrees before it kicks back on. Not a huge deal, but not ideal for my use case either. I need more stability so that’s unfortunate. Overall though I am satisfied with the unit. Any complaints are minimal, it gets the job done.

Easy to install - Has been under near-continuous use with zero issues so far - The space I have it in is near the upper limit for its rating, still works great! Would absolutely recommend.

AC came with every single internal screw holding the fan in place removed, you have to open the case and screw it in yourself or just return it. Not worth it. LOOK INSIDE BEFORE YOU BUY! Hilarious lack of quality control.

I can only say it was worth the price the room gets extremely cold and that’s on low and on eco and Auto get it you won’t regret it..

Broken and loose directional wind fin. Makes a loud rattling noise when compressor kicks in.

This little unit has been running 24/7 since its arrival - a month non-stop until the contractor could get to repair the central air in our 1800 sq ft home. We put one upstairs and one in the kitchen and ran fans to circulate. We are SO very pleased with how easy everything was. We love Best Buy. I bought it online and drove by and within an hour it was delivered into my trunk and we had it installed at the house.

Small but great! I love the remote and the Eco settings. It definitely saves the day for those times where you want to cool a room down, but forget to turn it off. Easy to install.

Our family of 4 were able to to get a good nights sleep and feel somewhat normal through the hurricanes because of this AC. It's small size was no problem for my 1800w generator. Without it, I don't think we could have gone nearly 2 weeks combined without power. It's the best hurricane purchase I've made aside from the generator. I was surprised to find that even when brand new, they sound like they've been serving in a Motel 6 for 20yrs. The sounds of something loose rattling inside when first fired up gave us a much needed laugh, and acted like a bit of white noise machine. Running it during the day gave our kids a reprieve from the Florida heat and let them relax. I'm debating setting this up in my garage, or just storing it for next season. It's hard to put a price on a since of normalcy during a natural disaster, but I'd happily pay it again for what this little guy did for us.

efficient, cost effective , practical and easy to use

I purchased this for my granddaughter's bedroom. Her room gets ridiculously hot and we needed something quick. Best Buy to the rescue. I was a little apprehensive about the a/c unit, but it turns out it was better than the other two models we already had. Love the remote to it.

Very good AC for a small, to medium sized room. Quiet, cools down the room quick, and does what a window AC unit should do. And the remote is definitely a bonus. Ane for the price, cant beat it.

Great unit! Pay attention at the beginning of the instructions to whether you have a storm window or not. If you have a storm window you will most likely need to purchase a piece of wood at your local hardware store. Once we figured that out we had no issues installing it! We put it up in our living room when our AC went out, and it got cold within 2 hours. We put a sheet up in our walkway from the living room to the kitchen to keep the air contained in a smaller space, highly recommend doing that.

So far, it works as suggested. It is for a small space, so I can't complain. For the price that I paid its good, and I do like that it comes with a remote. I looked at other small air conditioners and they didn't match this one. Overall good price for a good product.

Definitely worth the buy. Blows super cold air, this a strong machine for the small size.
