I did have to call the delivery person back because I unbalanced the washer when I tried to put the hamper back between the washer and dryer. I called delivery person back and he told me I had to reschedule another delivery. So I called back and had no problem rescheduling. A delivery person came back and put the hamper back in place and readjusted my washer. Everyone was very helpful. I was totally impressed by there kindness and quickness very satisfied with the service.

I like the metal hinges. Many people complain about the noise but my old one sounded like an airplane, this one makes half the noise and since is in the laundry room we close the door and doesn’t bother us. So far so good.

It holds a lot more laundry than my previous washer of the same dimensions. The quick wash is faster and cleans as well as the quick wash on my old machine. My only minor complaint is that I wish I could add “power” and add extra “soak” on the same load, but it makes you pick one or the other. All in all, a great washing machine for the price.

This is the only washing machine that I found in the past five years that actually fills to the top with water. All the rest only go halfway and do not get the soap out of your clothes. I don’t have to add extra water to in order to get the soap out of my clothes it’s perfect, I love this washing machine and the price was great

Not only is it incredibly loud compared to other washers we've owned but it squeaks and sounds like it going to fall apart ! Sometimes the clothes aren’t cleaned good like my old washer that I had for TWENTY years The worse part is it ends up in the middle of the laundry room floor !! (See photo). Only showing one picture but it happens frequently. It tore through the door of the laundry room where it was enclosed and messed up the door! Losing balance frequently and Best Buy was TERRIBLE and NO help . Sent us to the manufacturer who came out and told up to only leave it on autofill and it would help . WHAT are the other settings there for then??? Left on autofill but Didnt help much at all and now I’m stuck with this horrible, expensive washer !! Do not waste your money on the piece of junk and I will not buy from Best Buy again . Terrible customer service should have chosen Amazon or another company I guess . and I guess I will call the manufacturer out AGAIN and waste more time dealing with this washer . Beyond disappointing!!! Now I’m stuck with this thing !!

I read the reviews and they said if was loud but this machine is very, very loud! Sounded like a saw or a loud grinding sound and then it left fabric softener in the bottom of the machine getting all over my clothes. Sent it back and got a LG and I am very happy with that.
