GREAT AIR I LOVE IT RECOMMEND 100% I have it in my house it cools all of the living room + kitchen

Unit is quieter when compared to others of equal size. Comes with all brackets needed to be mounted securely. Works great to cool off the entire apartment. The app is the best part with the ability to see what the temp is and adjust as needed.

Sad quality control on GE product. Box was damaged and installers did great job this came from GE factory this way! The unit seems to be blowing cold so hopefully it stays that way but still bad quality control.

The AC unit works very well. It is cooling our space nicely. Installation was easy. Minus one star for a terrible control panel. It shows nothing during operation until you press a key, then the display comes on, but it is very faint and hard to see in a bright light situation... like afternoon sun in a window. Quite annoying actually... I almost gave it just 3 stars... but since it's working so well, I'm feeling comfortable & generous. But seriously, whoever designed that display panel... fire them.

Overall it’s been doing a great job keeping my room nice and cool. Was easy to install with no problems with the unit. I’m impressed so far and looking forward for some cool comfort in the summer with this unit.

Ac was fairly easy to install, having installed a few window units over the years. The wifi portion of this is a great feature. I was able to connect and have scheduled my ac to turn on every night at 9pm, keeping my bedroom very cool. The remote is helpful but I now prefer the app to control the ac. Would buy again!

Works fine, doesn't draw too much electricity, not too loud, and had unobtrusive appearance. Controls and remote are relatively simple to use. Temp control thermostat works fine. Not too heavy and relatively easy to install in my basic sash window. Your windows may require more effort. I expect this will provide good service for many years.

It gets the job done, my space is kept well cooled. It's a little loud. I'm not sure how many affordable air conditioners are quiet though, so for the class it's fine. I like that it has the smart phone option to turn it in before I get home so the apartment will already be cool.

Just bought this AC a couple days ago and I absolutely loved it. I can turn on/off my AC with my phone and set the temperature to my liking and I find this really useful. It was very easy to set up and I like that the AC automatically turns off/on when it detects that the room is cold/hot. I haven’t had any problems with the AC so far. It doesn’t take long to cool the room. Overall it’s a pretty good AC.

This air conditioner is so quiet and I love the design and exceptionally efficiency and the assembly was manageable and overall the product quietness, appearance make it a stylish and functional choice.

Needed two new AC’s older ones were not cooling like they should Put these in and I am very happy with them. They can cool my attic from 85 degrees to 69 degrees in less that one hour. Older ac took all day. I love how you can use the remote control from your phone. I would recommend getting these !!

This is the best air conditioner!! It was so easy to install and it was delivered right to my doorstep. The best part is that it has an app so i can control everything from my phone!

confusing remote on how to use. Also poor instructions on temp control. it came with temp set at 72 Great at cooling the place turn itself off. didn't turn itself on after until room got into the 80's

This air conditioner is so easy to install and operate. It can even be done away from home using the app. Very convenient and has many useful modes and speeds for whatever your needs may be

I bought this, actually bought 2, to replace one that was 8500 btus because I wanted a cooler room. This thing cools ok, wish I had known before I bought it that the coldest setting is 64, my old one was 60, so more btus but not really a big difference between old and new. Also, I found the installation awkward, the side panels are either to far forward or back, not sure, but found it difficult to get it to sit in the window properly, ended up building kind of a shelf for this one and the one in my son's room. Could just be that my windows are odd, but I have installed a lot of different a/c's in this house and never had this problem, each unit took me minimum an hour each.
