This refrigerator exceeded my expectations! It is quiet and sleek looking with lots of space. I love the water pitcher feature in this refrigerator. The water tastes great with the filter system and I love how it refills right away when you shut the door. The ice maker in the freezer as well is great too and I am hoping leads to a much longer lasting ice machine. The open door alarm isn't annoying either. more like a pleasant chime. Lastly, I love the LED light panel in the back of the refrigerator. It just glows with so much light when you open the door.

The refrigerator is really nice and spacious. I got a lot of compliments about it and I love it. It’s worth the price, plus I can control it on the app.

I love my GE Profile! I had a horrible experience with another brand. I’ve had this refrigerator for a month now and I’ve seriously never had a fridge with this much room. The LED backlight is amazing, as well as the shelf placement. We never run out of fresh filtered water or ice.

I recently switched to the GE Profile 28.7 Cu. Ft. 4-Door French Door Smart Refrigerator, and I’m really happy with my choice. After having a Samsung fridge for 12 years, it was time for an upgrade when it finally broke down. I chose GE because I already have other GE appliances, and this fridge feels sturdy and high-quality. The bright lights inside make it easy to find everything, and I’ve noticed that my food stays fresh longer than it did in my old fridge. One of my favorite features is the middle drawer, which is perfect for holding my water bottles. The fridge runs quietly, which is great for my kitchen. I also love the interior ice maker, although it didn’t come with an ice scoop, so I bought a metal one from Amazon. Overall, I would definitely recommend this GE fridge to anyone looking for a reliable and stylish addition to their home.

Really love the space of this fridge and thw back full wall light that you can change the setting to low to bright. Keepa my fruit and veggies fresh for longer than any other fridges I had in the past. Best quality.

We had a very old GE refrigerator that finally gave out so we upgraded for this one and we couldn’t be happier! It’s everything you could want in a refrigerator. Beautifully lit inside, spaciuos, the middle drawer is a bonus and it is so silent!

I have had this refrigerator for a month now. I love everything about this refrigerator, it's not your typical french door refrigerator, it has a flexible middle drawer that you can adjust the temp, it has so much storage area and I just love how it presents itself - a very modern look. There's also an app you can download that comes with a few useful features like controlling the temp, turning on/off the ice machine, control the lighting inside, notification on when the freezer drawer is opened and how much energy it has used a day. Overall I'm very satisfied with this purchase, the best buy delivery and install team was also excellent.

Refrigerator itself is nice and spacious but after three weeks it has a loud motor sound. I think I got a lemon. Delivery guys also said it didn't come in a box. I think I got a floor model or returned item although I purchased a new one

Have had GE Profile in place for a month and love it. The size and inside layout of all the interior is great for arranging a fridge however you prefer. The drawer is perfect for easy access to canned drinks and we use if for yogurt, cheese and cold cuts. Super handy. Freezer is well designed and plenty of space for most any household needs. It is quiet and sleek looking [see photo]. Easy to clean the stainless steel and it stays sleek. The water dispenser is the best - either instant filtered water in the pitcher or easy to use tap. Easy to remove and replace. Keep in mind that it does extend past standard counter depth, but for us that's a plus for the space it's in and given the extra cubic feet it provides. Have had Subzeros and a Leibherr and I like this far better, plus already know it will be far easier and cheaper to repair if it's ever needed.

This GE Profile 4 door French Door refrigerator has many features that I like. Bright lighting everywhere... fridge, freezer, and the multi-function drawer that offers four temperature settings for wine, soda, snacks and meat. I use the meat setting (29 degrease) for meat that I purchase today, but don't want to cook it for another day or two. It's not frozen solid, but it's colder than the fridge. I opted for the inside water Despencer but was not sure I would like it. (Well, I like it allot!). Just open the door, press the spout and fill a glass of cold water, or pull the water pitcher from it's base and fill multiple glasses, or dog and cat bowls. Return it to it's base, and it autofill's. The water is colder than an outside door dispenser and the water filter is better than most. I don't need to buy bottled water anymore. The ice maker provides lots of ice in a large bin in the bottom freezer. This freezer is large, with a sliding tray on the upper level, and some separate compartments for small items. The stainless steel is fingerprint resistant and easy to keep clean. I'm just hoping that this Fridge lasts longer than some of the other brands.

Great refrigerator, the LED lighting and the spacious interior make it so easy to retrieve items. The cheese drawer is so cool, use it all the time, makes it really easy to find cheeses, breads, etc. Ice machine works perfect and the water pitcher in the door is really handy for me as I drink a lot of water. It flawlessly refills automatically

I've had the fridge for 2 days now. So far, so good. Beware of delivery. This fridge is slightly larger than others. I had enough space (per the delivery instructions), but I guess it wasn't. The delivery guys dinged up my wall and gouged my doorframe. They also scratched, dinged, and dented the fridge. When I pointed out the large scratch across the front, delivery guy told me it was wrapped in film... it wasn't. I also just realized the soda holder tray is cracked. They no doubt dropped it in the truck while unpacking the fridge, but didn't care. It's a shame to have such a nice, expensive fridge delivered by (I assume) the lowest bidder. Best Buy customer service has been great so far. Their technician will come out to look at it next week, and get new parts ordered. I just wish I didn't have to deal with the hassle and stress of it all.

Fridge is quiet, great space for ice bin. Lighting inside is adequate and shelf space is excellent. Only drawback is the water pitcher (magnet inside) did not recognize the pitcher as being full and overfilled the water creating a waterfall outside and inside the fridge. Technician ordered a new pitcher that is on backorder.

I have had the refrigerator for a month now. Lots of space, especially in the door containers. The water pitcher is very nice and fills quickly. My family likes the extra drawer that we can set the temperature. We use it to separate items that need to be a bit more chilled. This replaced a Samsung model that had multiple issues.
