Received it yesterday 1/9/24 and I love it. We were so behind on laundry because we didn’t have a washer and dryer for a few weeks. I’ve been able to catch up in just one day because the large capacity is amazing. Easy to use and sleek design. It is a bit noisy like others have mentioned but for us it’s not a problem as we have a door on our laundry room. We are thrilled to have such a nice set.

I like it. It’s a large capacity dryer. But even with a light load, it takes longer to fully dry. If you have a large load, it will be over an hour and a half at minimum to fully dry everything. And depending on what is in your laundry, it will take longer … jeans, hoodies etc.

I love this dryer. I've had mine for 13 years and needed you for the past 5...you're quiet and have so many options to choose from. Thank you for coming into my life. :)

Great, efficient, dries silently, infact wonderful product. I am very happy with it.

It's better than I expected it to be. It took a little getting used to, but once I got the hang of using it it's been great. I love it. The only thing I would change if I could is the size of the lint filter. I would make it a little bigger. It's such a great dryer, the lint filter being a little small is no big deal at all.

I like this dryer the down fall is that it takes 2 to 4 times to dry your clothes which can take anywhere from 1 hr and half to 3 hr sometimes longer to dry the clothes. By the time my clothes dry i already washed 2 other loads that are waiting to dry.

First appliance purchase. Had an initial hiccup with a delivery process, but with the assistance of the management team, they expedited the appliances - all turned out great the gentlemen who delivered our items, extremely courteous and professional, and not to mention very clean when assembling the equipment and disposing of any trash, and they took the time out to test the equipment, which I was very impressed so all in all I recommend to anyone purchasing appliances from Best Buy - great name brands with pricing. The appliances work great! Thank you!!

It looks great in my laundry room, isnt cery loud, has a ton of features and dries better than any machine ive had in any home ever!! Highly suggest

Simple, effective. Does what it's supposed to. It's smaller than my last one. The lint trap is my biggest complaint. I should've done more research. But a broken dryer with four kids can make anybody crazy. With it being increasingly difficult to look at all appliance in any stores anymore, shopping for this kind of thing is frustrating to say the least. If I had been able to look at a floor model of this dryer, I wouldn't have purchased it honestly. The lint trap is my biggest gripe. It's very small and hard to get out. My 12 year old can't fit her hand in the spot where it goes to clean out under/around it.

Works great so far. Like the internet feature as well. Easy to set up.

It has saved me a lot of time. Doesn’t take long for my clothes to dry. It saves me money on electricity. Doesn’t take up much electricity.

After finally wanting a new updated dryer, we chose the GE Profile. Even though our 1998 Maytag dryer still is working perfectly we wanted to try today’s new technology. Eco dry, wrinkle care, damp alert and 9 drying options. We did not Buy the matching washer because my 10-year-old GE still works perfectly. I absolutely love this dryer and we’ve sent our Maytag to our Bed & Breakfast

I do love the look of this dryer. Like its washing counterpart, I enjoy being able to see the clothes getting dried with the clear front loading door. I did have an issue with the drying time originally but Best Buy and GE were able to handle the issue in a very timely manner. Other than that, I have not had any other problems. Clothes get completely dried and smell good!

Love this product, easy to use, looks sleek and dry time is cut down because the washer spins out so well! I love that it hooks to my phone and Alexa to alert me when it is done!

I have had this dryer for about 6 Months now! It does exactly what it’s supposed to. I run it non stop and no issues or complaints yet!

It came broken. However Best Buy fixed the situation immediately. Very friendly, kind, helpful.
