Very happy with my Studio Pro Beats. I got them refurbished, and besides not coming in the Beats box everything else seemed new. The cord, sticker, and different sized inner ear pieces were still sealed. They connected right away to my Samsung phone, tablet, and watch, as well as my HP work and personal laptop. I love the sound quality and that you can have noise canceling or transparent modes. So very happy one of my coworkers recommended these. Tge outer case looked brand new as well no scuffs or scratches. I added an extra case I found online just to give it a little extra protection since sometimes I throw it in my purse sometimes hang it off my keys or back pack.

It’s a refurbished product and has no defects. I’ve been using it for several months, and it hasn’t failed once. The sound is incredible, and the charging is fast. The ear pads didn’t come fully attached, but that hasn’t affected anything at all.

It is renewed earbuds but worked like new and had fully warranty. It meets my expectations for price I paid. Sound’s perfect performance and noise cancellation is flawless. Highly recommend

i love these headphones!!! the sound quality is so so good and the battery life is great. honestly better than airpods! i won’t like the the battery life on airpods is a bit better BUT the sound quality on these beats are too good especially for the price. i sadly just lost one of the buds but i honestly think these are worth replacing.

At first I was upset that they did not have the medium sized ear tips, but the small ear tips work fine. But maybe the medium would be just right? The package was trash. It was shipped in a cardboard box with NO PADDING. It was knocking around in there all the way from OH. "thoroughly, painstakingly, and lovingly tested, so you can be sure that your device will work right, right away". ok. I wish they would wipe down the hardware. Mine was dirty and there was a random hair. Eww! The earbuds sound great, I love the color, and the fit is good so far. This might be the first and LAST time I buy refurbished though...

Great product! Surprisingly, it was “refurbished” but I got an (almost) entirely new one! The package was still in it’s seal. Sadly, the box was a little damaged but it was fine. :) Besides from that, all the features worked beautifully. I got to have noise cancelation, easy connection to my Apple Devices, etc. I would defiantly recommend this product to a friend!

The headphones are very good, they are light and easy to use, the battery is good and the charging cable is compatible with many computers, easy connection with iPhone and computers with Bluetooth, it feels like the materials of the headphones are of good quality and the sound is good for its price, I recommend it for people who only want to listen to music

To get the full potential out of these earphones you have to follow the instructions, you won't have good quality sound if you don't twist them in your ears like the app or the box says, if you do so you won't need to use noise cancellation and the battery will last 8 hours like it's advertised, I work in a really loud warehouse and I haven't felt the need to use noise cancellation because by giving the earphones a little twist you are making them fit well and they won't get out of your ears, also you need luck to get good ones that are clean and have everything with them , mine didn't came with the medium ear tips but I'm ok with the small ones and they came like New , so yeah they aren't for everyone, if you are not a person that follows instructions and can't remember the controls these aren't for you, but in my opinion they are great, good sound quality and good features. Take your chances maybe you will get lucky. The black ones have a higher price for a reason and that's probably because they are in better, I'm not affirming anything, just try your luck.

Okay so, I had been looking for wireless headphones for a while now. I used to wear airpods but grew tired of them since my ears began to hurt. I also didnt want to break the bank so I decided to try out these refurbished ones at my own risk. Well, they arrived in 2 days in amazing condition. The box was new, all three sizes included, and charger worked properly. I am so happy because I saved so much money and got great quality headphones (Beats are my favorite brand for amazing products)! Also thabk you Geek Squad. The fit is not snug .. sometimes the buds just fall off your ear .. Bass could be improved .. and the controls as well are not the best. Overall it's good for normal use. Connectivity is superior.

If you are not sure on getting these I recommend them came in Original box but and there were no signs of damage to the earbuds or case they were like brand brand new looking one con is that it was missing the medium ear tip but the small one worked fine for me I think these are a most get for the price everything worked like it should!

This is a great refurbished product. Works well, I got my husband the black and myself the red ones. Saved so much money from buying new and you cannot tell the difference!

Although the product was refurbished, it came in good packaging and good condition. Sound quality is awesome so I highly recommend it.

Reliable headphones. Sometimes fall out and rubber ear piece can be uncomfortable but still competent.

They sound great. Came in the original box, original packaging in side foam and all. No scratches, can't even tell they're refurbished. Excellent quality so far, and I am pleasantly surprised because they cost me so much less than brand new ones.

Great price! All you need to do is charge the earbuds for a bit and then connect Bluetooth. I really like them because the sound quality is high and they’re really small.

Feel Great in the ears and the Sound of the Base is Awesome.

Excellent earbuds. Fit is nice and snug for workouts, sound quality is solid, and battery life is right in line with what they claim. I use them weekly and find them to be, in many ways, as good as my AirPods Pro.
