Good audio quality, noise cancellation is good but could be better. Sometimes , very infrequently, there is a strange sound in the headphones in the headphone as if the speaker could not translate the sound in the best way but it is still a good headphone. I have a pixel 9 and the connectivity is amazing, I also use them with a Samsung galaxy Tab 9 FR and from the pixel buds app the connectivity is very good.

I recently had the opportunity to try out the Google Pixel Buds Pro, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The active noise cancellation (ANC) feature of the Pixel Buds Pro is also highly commendable. It effectively blocks out unwanted ambient noise, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in your audio content. Whether I was in a bustling cafe or a noisy train, the ANC feature worked like a charm, creating a serene listening environment. Comfort-wise, the Pixel Buds Pro score high marks as well. They come with a secure and snug fit, ensuring they stay in place even during vigorous activities. The earbuds are lightweight and ergonomically designed, making them comfortable to wear for extended periods without causing any discomfort or ear fatigue. Another noteworthy feature of the Pixel Buds Pro is their smart integration with Google Assistant. With a simple voice command, you can effortlessly access your notifications, make calls, control your music, and even get real-time translations in dozens of languages. The touch controls on the earbuds are intuitive and responsive, adding to the overall convenience of using them. The battery life of the Pixel Buds Pro is decent, offering around five hours of continuous playback on a single charge. The accompanying charging case provides additional charges, extending the total usage time to around 24 hours. The earbuds also support fast charging, allowing you to get several hours of playtime with just a few minutes of charging.

The earbuds are great. The Geeksquad refurbishing process is terrible. Buy them new. These "lovingly refurbished" buds are straight up used and not even cleaned. I bought two sets. One arrived with ear wax still on them and the charging case is all dirty. The other arrived fairly clean, but missing the rubber earbud tips. So, two out of two sets have issues. I went to the store and bought a new set. The earbuds themselves are a good product. Nice sound, pretty seamless switching. I like that they allow a conversation. They aren't super comfortable though. I can definitely feel them

Excellent bluetooth earbuds by google. The noise cancellation is just amazing along with the battery life.

A must have for pixel phone users in my opinion. Still even with my Samsung tablet it was detected automatically, and required zero setup. Sounds great and the noise cancelling was better than expected. Touch controls are all great and earbuds are quite comfortable. (As they should be)

Condition for these refurbs from Best Buy was very good. Some sticker remnants on the product carton only. The Pro Buds are a step up from the Gen 2 Pixel buds they are replacing. Sound quality is better, and the app controls with a Pixel phone are fantastic. Use the eartip seal check first to set up the right tips and fit. I replaced with the Comply memory foam tips for a better seal and more comfortable fit.

Good quality of sound with great noise cancelling. Better than I hoped. Nevertheless, this Buds Pro compared to Buds 2 have worse adjusted in the ear. Excellente even though I bought these earbuds refurbished.

No issues or errors. Connects with no issues to my Pixel 7 Pro and Noise Cancellation is top notch! Transparency could be better but no a deal breaker. Nice high quality lows and mids while playing music, highs could be better. Build quality is good, and fit in ear is secure, although they are a bit heavy after a few hours of wearing. They stay pretty snug while working out, which is a huge plus in my opinion.

I keep coming back to these buds after trying others. They really are the best sound and connect with my phone compared to anything else I own and I love the fit!

Ive owned beats, bose, lenovo and few other headphones. I use my headphones everyday and They sound great, being able to adjust the bass so awesome.. The sound canceling feature is incredible. Being able to connect to multiple devices is so easy. Without doubt my next headphones will be google again.

I switched from galaxy buds pro to these to get some seamless experience and this is great. The active noise cancellation, transparency, audio switch, microphone quality during calls is all great. The only drawback is the battery backup is a little less because i have transparency mode turned on all the time

Your service that I received when I bought these earbuds was outstanding. And I’m really happy with the earbuds themselves, except for the fact they don’t have an app for them through apple. But the quality of them is really good. I have had no problems with the headphones at all. The staff at the store really treated me good and I’m used to quite the opposite because of the way I look. But your staff was completely respectable and helpful, and they were friendly and treated me with the upmost respect. Thank you.

I love the bass and sound. I love the color it reminds me of the pixel 2 panda color.

I love Geek Squad certified products. But this was my first ever bad experience. The Pixel Buds were dirty, and well used. Even had wax and debris clinging on to it from the previous owner. No one even bothered to clean the buds. Above all, they give me the wrong set of ear tips. Some used air pods stuff. This was my worst experience ever. Can't expect this kind of behaviour from Best Buy.

These are refurbished pixel buds, but you wouldn't notice. They are in great condition, look new! I haven't had any problems with them.

How is this certified refurbished? Box was wrapped in masking tape and beat up. The ear bud case was with black marks all over. The ear buds had no ear tips. Covered in gunk all over which I can only imagine is the previous owners ear wax. Disgusting and going right back.

Weve never had such a disappointing Geel Squad refurb purchase as this one. Upon opening my package, the outside conteol portion of the right ear bud was almost completely detached from the base of the bud, exposing all of the electrical components. There were no ear bud coverings provided and the areas which should have the coverings were caked with previous owners ear wax. Extremely disappointing and gross. Will be returning same day they arrived with no replacement since there are no stores near me with the same item. Customer service advised me they cannot ship me a replacement and I'm hesitant to repurchase online again since i have no idea what quality of the product is coming will be.

I ordered these earbuds, and couldn't wait for them to get here. The package came and was absolutely destroyed, and it had been placed in a larger box to contain the several pieces of cardboad. I opened the box and it was completely empty. This is extremely frustrating and I am never ordering from here again.
