I’ve never had an all-in-one, and only considered it after getting an at home side hustle that required me to have an updated Windows pc. I got this because of the specs, the Windows 11, and the large screen. This purchase has not disappointed me. I’m so glad I chose this one over a cheaper model. It’s snappy and functions fabulously. My only complaints are that the keyboard and mouse are cheaply made, but I somewhat expected that, since those items came with the device. However, at least it was ready to use within minutes of setting up, which was super easy. If you are going to use this a lot for work or school, I would suggest upgrading the keyboard and mouse at some point. I got this device on sale, and I absolutely feel like it was worth every penny I spent. Unless you absolutely need the portability of a laptop, I would suggest you consider this all-in-one. (However, you usually can’t upgrade the inside components like a desktop. I was totally fine with this, but something to keep in mind if that matters to you.)

Absolutely love this computer. Used for daily use with my cricut machine, web browsing, and a few games.

This all-in-one desktop is good for collage student daily use. The screen is big enough and setup is straightforward. Windows 11 is running well and web browsing is a smooth experience. One of the drawbacks I've noticed is that all the ports (USBs and headphone and HDMI) are on the back, so it is inconvenient for plugging/unplugging especially when it is positioned against the wall. CPU core temp is around 30-35 C when running basic tasks (typing, browsing, etc.). But it gets heated up a little when watching videos online (1080P and above), reaching 50-60C with CPU usage at 60%, and the fan noise could be heard. Overall, it is a worthy purchase for the big screen and above-average performance.

This is an excellent decent gaming/personal desktop. Love it that’s All -in-one. Less messy with cords. Easy to navigate. HP is such a friendly desktop. Screen is perfect, use it for personal. But also playing games on and let me tell you its smooth and the quality is there. I highly recommend this PC if you’re ever looking one for yourself or kids.

I wanted something to use at work just for minimal task such as Browsing, emails, and video watching. for the price this is perfect. With the Ryzen3 this thing perform very well. and instead of using the wired mouse and keyboard I used a wireless set up and looks even cleaner on my desk. love the size of screen and have been enjoying my purchase.

The computer was purchased as an upgrade for my aging father who lives on another state. I paid someone to set the computer up for him. The computer and mouse were fine, however the keyboard did not work, it wasn’t the port, it was the keyboard. I called customer service and asked if I could receive a replacement keyboard, I was told that wasn’t an option, I would need to send the entire computer back and wait on a replacement. This option, was not financially feasible due to the fact, I would have had to pay to have to computer broken down and pay to have the new one set up. I let the rep know that that option wouldn’t really work for me. The rep then suggested, I go to the store and see what assistance they could offer me, which would work either because I was wearing a boot and had driving restrictions. I ended up ordering a wireless mouse and keyboard from Amazon. Very disappointed in customer service and up until this point, never had a problem or bad experience with Best Buy.

I am so pleased with my new computer. It was very easy to set it up. The performance is great and fast. I am glad I bought it; my first choice from the beginning.

so far pretty good....just wish description of the product would have info about the adjustments up and down of the monitor which does not exist. the cables for the mouse and the keyboard are a little bit too short if you have a professional desk with a hole for cables in the back of the desk. Easy to set up as long you have access to the internet...the package is asking to scan a code but what about if you don t have a phone? everything is going to your phone. WIFI is very good, this is an upgrade from my Microsort 8 :)))
