It was very much as he said, and we just brought it home put in the batteries hit the button and the TV was changing channels. Best remote ever.

No set up needed. The buttons are very easy to use because they are somewhat similar to the original remote of the TV

Sales assist. was very helpful, and gave good instructions. Your store always seems to have what I am looking for! By the way, I am not the only one that thinks so. A Great Insignia Replacement for a VIZIO Remote

I never imagined that another company would market a remote control for VIZIO TVs, and when my VIZIO remote stopped working, I thought I would have to replace the TV even though I liked my present VIZIO TV. This new Insignia remote works better than my original VIZIO one ever did. I am greatly pleased with this product and with the Best Buy Associate who suggested it to me.
