I have tried to get grills for my Q550 speakers with nothing but disappointment and frustration. So far, I have ordered 3 of them. 2 arrived broken and the 3rd one UPS sent back to Best Buy due to shipping damage. They are thin and their are no layers of cardboard to protect them in shipping. Contacted KEF and all I got was an apology. At this point I think that I will return the speakers. They sound great, but all of my enthusiasm is gone after the experience with the grills.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
