They match the Cobalt Blue LSX II's perfectly, and really elevates the look of these speakers. They are sturdy, and stable enough. Although on mine, one of the stand feels more wobbly than the other, and I had difficulty adjusting them to be perfect. I ended up returning these stands. Their functionality just do not justify the price. 1) Too short. These would be the perfect height only if you listen to them while sitting on a couch. Any other position these will not give you optimal sound quality. I placed them on the sides of my computer desk, and even when having my chair at the lowest position, they were still pretty low. 2) Less than optimal sound from the LSX II's when using the stand. This is the main killer of these stands for me. Now the LSX II's sound amazing even without optimal position because of the uni-q driver or whatever. HOWEVER the LSX II's can put out some really tight, high fidelity, thrilling sound when they are closer together and pointed right. My desk is 58 inches wide, meaning the speakers on the stand are about 60 inches apart. While they still sound very very good, it's noticeably a step down from when they are, say, about 50 inches apart. 3) Cable management challenges. The cable runs through the stand and has a very clean look. However, the remaining cable length is pretty short out of the bottom o the stand. This means you need to have power source really close to the bottom of the stand. I had power strip underneath my standing desk. The speaker's power cable is too short when using these S1 stands, so that I cannot have my desk raised up, because the cable runs down then up. I could take the cable out of the stand but then it looks super messy. Bottomline is, the LSX II's are better suited as desktop/bookshelf speakers. The stands are best used next to TV/entertainment center, where the LSX II's shine less. Unless the space you are using the TV and the stands are very small. I think if I were to have KEF speakers on KEF stands, I'd go with the LS50 II's, or the floor standing ones. This makes these S1 stands a pretty awkward value proposition.

We waited quite a while for delivery of the chosen color, however, it was worth it as the sound has improved considerably!

Love them. Great difference in audio vs having them in the floor.
