Very quiet. Love that it connects to wifi for app control. Worth the money in my opinion. Have it set on a schedule to auto turn on and off. Dont overspend on a dyson you can get this fan and a purifier from same company for a fraction of the Dyson all in one.

A smart fan for better sleep

As a fellow light sleeper, I understand how even the slightest noise or temperature change can disrupt sleep. I'm excited to share my experience with the Levoit Classic 42-inch Smart Tower Fan, a product designed with your needs in mind. The versatile fan speeds are great for fine-tuning your desired comfort level. During the day, I have it on Auto mode, which automatically changes the speed based on the room temperature. It is temperature responsive; its built-in sensor adjusts the fan speed according to room temperature. For bedtime, I changed (can have this option set at a scheduled time) to Advanced Sleep mode. The Advance Sleep mode has two options: Default (Suitable for most people, and the initial speed is Medium) and the Kids Mode (Suitable for children and adults and the initial speed is Low). Since I am a light sleeper, I use the Kids Mode for the Advanced Sleep. I have not had any disruptive sleep since I started using this fan and its features. In addition to not having any disruption, my sleep score has improved. Note that the fan can function as a white noise at higher fan speeds, such as Turbo mode. One has the option to turn on or off the function display lights. The oscillation option provides 90 degrees to enjoy a broader coverage. There are some adjustment angles for up or down. To keep your fan blowing air fresh, the back cover is removable for easy cleaning and is washable with mild soap and water. The fan is lightweight, about 9 lbs, and easy to move.
The Smart Tower Fan's app control is a game-changer, offering a new level of convenience. With a simple tap, you can view the room temperature on your phone, making it effortless to adjust the fan settings without leaving your bed. This tower fan can be operated with either Alexa or Google voice commands, giving you the power to control your sleep environment with a simple voice prompt. "Hey Google, turn on the Tower Fan." The product also comes with a remote control, although with the app, you might find yourself using it less frequently.
Compared to ceiling fans, which circulate between the top (warmer) and bottom (colder) air, the tower fan is a superior choice as it primarily blows the colder bottom air. Overall, I am thoroughly pleased with this intelligent tower fan. Its quiet operation, with a very low noise level, is its standout feature, ensuring I can sleep soundly without any disturbances.

I was impressed by what this fan can do and what it also can tell you about usage. Super lightweight, slim and can still pull a lot of air at you.
In the box was the fan itself (remote is attached near the top), 2 pieces of the base that just snap together to form the circle and a power cord. Installation is easy and should only require 1 person to do. You just snap both half circles as stated before to create the base, unscrew the big plastic nut off the bottom of the fan and then put the fan on the base and re-screw the nut to complete assembly.
1st thing that surprised me about the fan is the speed settings. Normally I am just used to low, med and high but this Levoit has 12 speeds. I keep mine at 10 as I like being as cold and comfy as possible even at night sleeping. Even when set near max speed, the fan is really quiet. Huge plus for people who do not like loud noise when trying to sleep. There is also a slider on the fan in case you want to change the direction of the airflow to be higher or lower.
My favorite part is the App you can download and can connect the fan to your home WiFi. Once setup is complete, you can create rooms that the fan is located and set timers or behaviors for it. Or better yet, instead of using the included remote, I just use the app for everything. Powering on/off, fan speed settings etc etc. It is super useful and convenient.
Also 1 thing I did notice a little "off" was the temperature sensor. I originally had it in my living room and my AC was on cooling the house to 73 and the AC unit was reading 75 and it felt like 75 BUT the fan was reading 81 and kept sending me alerts saying Room Temp exceeded 80 degrees - recommend setting fan at speed lvl 6. I was so confused and still can't figure out why it read that high.
Another great feature I personally use a lot is the voice commands. I have google set up everywhere and with a simple Hey Google, I can turn the fan on or off and also change the speed.
Other functions include Turbo Mode and Auto Mode which will change the fan speed according to the current room's temperature.
I absolutely love this fan and how convenient it is to control. I use it everyday and it helps a TON during my sleep time.

The Levoit Classic 42-inch Smart Tower Fan is incredible. I'm blown away by the sleek design and quietness of this machine. It comes well packaged with plenty of cushion to keep it safe. Set up was ridiculously easy, just unscrew the gray plastic piece on the bottom, snap the 2 white half discs together, place them on the bottom and screw the gray plastic piece back on and you are set, and of course attach the power and plug it in. There's an app for this, called VeSync, and amazingly it worked the first time! No having to reboot or reset, it just connected and worked, so simple but so great to have. You can adjust speed, oscillation, power, timer, and even schedule. You name the room it’s in, can connect to your google home or Alexa, and give the machine a name as well. It has a night or sleep mode, which is really cool and can auto adjust when the room reaches a certain temperature. If you've been in the market for a really nice fan then this is a great choice. It has really satisfying, thoughtful features that make this an easy decision to make - you'll like it if you buy it.

The Silent Smart Fan you didn't know you needed!

Quick Overview
=================================
With summer approaching (or already here!), a new fan in the office may be on your list of things to get. I used an old, manual fan before that was noisy, didn't oscillate, nor did it have a remote control! The Levoit Classic 42-inch Smart Tower Fan addresses all of those issues! For those that didn't think they needed a smart fan, check out this review first.
Overall build
=================================
It comes in a long, slim box - it is 42" high! It's lightweight and plastic, but it's not cheap and looks nice in black and white with a nice top touch-sensitive panel and front-facing display. Assembling it was easy - just snap the base together and then screw it onto the bottom using the included "nut". Connect the power cord and you're good to go. There's a small wireless remote on the rear that's tucked into a small recess. Slide it out and pull off the battery protector.
Performance
=================================
I wanted to check it out as a fan first, without the smart features. I turned it on via the power button and checked the features like power levels and oscillation. Those all worked as you'd expect, but I was pleasantly surprised to hear how quiet it was! Oscillation was silent and smooth, and fan level 1 and 2 were nearly inaudible but perfectly cooled my sitting area from across the office! This was a big step up from my old bargain retail fan. At max power, this thing was easily blowing things off of my desk and of course, it was louder. I don't see ever needing that much power inside my office!
Next, let's see how smart this thing really is. I used my phone (Android - Google Pixel 8 Pro) to scan the QR code on the top and get the VeSync app and held down the power button on the top of the fan to initiate the setup and connect to Wi-Fi. Set up was a non-event and once you're in the app you can remotely control the fan to turn it on, off, oscillate, and more. Next, if you have other home integrations (Google Home, for me), you can integrate it easily and then I could control it without the app! All I have to do now is tell Google to turn on or off my "office fan". Didn't think I'd need that feature, but it's a nice one! Sure, I could grab the wireless remote, but then I'd have to stop what I was typing (or playing?).
An additional feature which is nice is "Advanced Sleep" which is activated in the app or on the top of the fan. Once it's turned on, that's your "baseline" fan speed and as your room temperature goes up or down, the fan speed will adjust automatically. So if it gets hotter as you sleep, the fan speed will increase. If it starts to cool down, then the fan speed will decrease. It knows the temperature of the room because there's a sensor in it and it also displays the room temperature on the front of the display.
This is a nice feature and if I had another one of these fans to spare, I'd move it into the bedroom!
Conclusion
=================================
I'm not a fan of adding "brains" to everything (toothbrush?), but I'm pleasantly surprised that I really enjoy and use the new features enabled by this Levoit Classic 42-inch Smart Tower Fan. I use my Google Assistant to turn it on and off throughout the day and I'm just shocked at how ninja-silent this thing is. If you're on calls (voice or video) in your office, this is the fan for you! My other air filter/fan is way too noisy for certain calls and definitely too noisy to do voice recording for videos. I can use this fan at up to level 3 with no issues and possibly up to 5 without getting it picked up on a mic. Overall, I think this fan is a great smart fan and I wish I had 1 or 2 more in the house.

Strong airflow and good cooling power

The Levoit 42” slim tower fan pushes surprisingly large amounts of cool air efficiently. The airflow feels like it’s coming from a larger box or circular fan rather than a slim tower fan. It provides comfortable cooling even in warmer rooms and never feels merely like warm recycled air. Oscillation motion is smooth and consistent, maintaining cool airflow throughout the room. The fan is near silent on lower speeds and is never disruptively loud, even at max speed.
The only assembly required after unboxing is the base. It consists of two plastic pieces that easily snap securely together and fasten to the bottom of the fan via a large hand tightened plastic locking nut. No tools are required. The back of the fan has a small cavity that houses the included remote when not in use. The fan can be operated via the remote or using the touch sensitive buttons on the top panel of the fan. The same controls for fan mode, speed, oscillation, and power are found on both. The digital display on the front of the fan shows fan speed, mode, and room temperature. The power cord is six feet in length.
There are twelve speeds and four operating modes: normal, turbo, auto, and advanced sleep. Each mode is basically self-explanatory: normal is regular manual operation, turbo is used for max fan speed and rapid cooling, auto works based on the ambient temperature, and advanced sleep adjusts to be both quieter and darker for optimal sleep conditions. There are vents on the front of the fan to redirect airflow vertically but even with the tilt shifted upward, the best cooling air is felt lower on the fan.
The fan is lightweight, and easy to lift and move around to different areas of the house. The cavity housing the remote on the rear doubles as a handy carrying handle. There is an optional companion app named VeSync that enables the smart features and fan control through a smartphone or tablet. It also allows the creation of custom run schedules for the fan and/or features such as mute, oscillation, or turbo. All of these options can be configured in the schedules and all schedules can be set to run once or repeat. Schedules work reliably and don’t require the app enabled device to be nearby to function once set. The Vesync app has numerous additional helpful features beyond remote control and scheduling. It also offers guidance for wellness and healthy living. This includes diet and weight management, health data tracking, cooking tips, recipes and more. The app is optional and is not required for basic fan operation.
I’ve been happy with this Levoit 42. So much so that I’ve just ordered a second one for another room in my home.

I live in an area where average summer days are easily over 100 and nights can be mid 80s. The AC cools the downstairs, but struggles with upstairs. That’s where this tower fan comes in. I’ve been using this for a few days now and I can’t say enough positive things about it.
Setup is super simple. Just pull it out of the box, connect the base, download the app and you’re essentially ready to go. Literally 5 mins, if that! It’s a modern, stylishly design and super lightweight for easy moving. Syncing with the app was very fast. Scan the QR code on the instructions to download the compatible app.
It comes with a nice feeling remote, but I love the fact that I can control this via an app (VeSync). I can see the temp of the room within the app, which allows me to monitor my kids room to make sure it doesn’t get too hot. My kids are young, so I love this extra sense of control. I can also turn it into sleep mode, which reduces the noise it omits. This is perfect so it doesn’t disturb their sleep! We’ve used it a few nights now and my daughter is super happy with it.
When in doubt, you can use auto mode. I’ve tried this a few times and it’s pretty efficient so far. I work from home and I moved it into my home office during the day. I turned it into auto mode and it quickly got the room comfortable. I Because it’s so lightweight, I’ll be able to move it between rooms with ease.
Pros:
Quiet mode
Auto turn on/off
Sleep mode
Remote control
12 fan speeds
Oscillation
Adjustable wind direction
App
Alexa capability
Lightweight
Cons:
Nothing so far
Overall:
I’m super happy with this. It has so many beneficial tech features to monitor the room it’s in. It can auto detect the temp and adjust, connect to Google Home or Alexa, or just use it tragically like a fan with its remote. You’ll be happy with this.

It’s hot even with the air conditioning on and fan is pretty much mandatory to keep air flow moving through the house. This fan completes that task with no issue and has some great in app features.
We have an open concept living room, dining room, kitchen, and an open staircase to the basement. A lot of our cool air flows downstairs because of this and our main living area gets hot. We do have a ceiling fan but it can only do so much. This tower fan fits perfectly into a corner, doesn't stick out, provides a ton of air flow and is really helping to keep our living room cold. It sometimes gets so cold we have to turn off/reduce the speed of the fan. Since it is a tower fan the foot print is pretty small and could easily fit into any place. On the front of the fan is an adjustment to have the air blow upwards or downwards. This is a manual adjustment and cannot be done through the app.
This fan even on the highest setting is quiet, we usually leave it set to the middle speed setting (there are 12 speeds). It even offers a sleep mode to turn off the display and will auto adjust the speed based on the temperature. It even includes a remote that attaches to the back of the fan.
Where this fan really shines is in the VeSync application. Setting the fan up onto the application was a breeze and took only a few minutes. Once setup you can sync it to your google home or Alexa. I used the google home and used basic commands of turn on or off the fan, and adjust fan speed. You can also use google home to change the fan modes, turn on or off oscillation, or even ask for instructions. The application will also show the temperature of the air it is pulling through. This is pretty nice as in the one area of my house it was 10 degrees warmer than an other area. So it helped me to figure out where to pull air from and where it needs to circulate too. This helped cool down that area and make my whole room feel comfortable instead of just a few spots. In the app you can create schedules from run times, to decrease or increase fan speeds at certain times. While I do find the schedule feature to be nice, I would rather just use the app to manually make changes when I’m home or away. I do like the option of having that so I could put the fan in vacation mode and have it run during certain times.
If you need a quiet WiFi connected fan, this one has been great! I really do love the look and how well it pushes air around. It’s nice that you can use google home to adjust almost all features of this fan. We might look at the smaller size one for our bedroom and just forget about the ceiling fan in that room.

This seems to be a quality tower fan with a couple of tricks up its sleeve. It features twelve speeds (a lot more than the usual three speeds), and also has an optional horizontal oscillation range of 90 degrees. The thing that sets it apart is that it also comes with a wireless infra-red remote control which can clip to the back for storage, as well as the ability to hook up to WiFi and use an app to control it.
There are several different modes:
* Normal mode. Just set the speed and turn oscillation on or off. Nothing special.
* Turbo mode. Set to max and start oscillating. As the temperature drops, the fan speed drops.
* Auto mode. Fan speed is controlled by the temperature.
* Advanced sleep mode. The fan will hold the current speed, and adjust up or down as the temperature changes.
These modes can be accessed by either the remote or the app. The only real disappointment is the need to create an account with the VeSync app (another company has my e-mail address, yay!).
The one odd thing is that this unit comes with a power brick, and the cord doesn’t quite seem long enough. There is also no intake filter, so dust and hair will eventually build up on the blades. Still, the vast majority of fans on the market lack this feature, so this lack can’t be used against them. The only other niggle is that the top control panel is shiny and easily shows fingerprints.

Let me preface by saying that I've never really considering grabbing one of these in the past. I've seen tower designs at my local best buy, but always thought it was a gimmick relative to a traditional legacy large blade design. The sentiment may remain true as a "Fan", but the smart features and temperature matching are absolutely amazing and a completely underrated aspect when looking at the bigger picture.
This product actually remains QUIET on its auto setting assuming you keep your home AC under 80°. There are more advanced types of towers such bladeless designs, but they actually seem to operate at a louder dBm, making this product quite compelling as the intermediary solution between a cheaper standing fan and a full on high end bladeless one.
GENERAL OPPERATION:
- Auto setting actually works amazingly well with its on board thermostat to temperature match relative to a preconfigured speed. (This is the setting I use the most)
- Normal mode has a basic 1-12 increment speed design.. 12 is obviously the loudest.
- Turbo mode does the same as Normal, but oscillates at a faster rate till the internal thermostat drops by 5° then slows down its fan speed accordingly.
- Sleep mode is a pre configured setting that tracks sleep patterns and preferences based on previous settings.
-You can also set a timer and schedule for how the fan operates!
UNEXPECTED FEATURES:
This Levoit fan also works with Google and Alexa if you want to use voice commands instead of the remote or phone app. Requires advanced configuration with the platform of your choice. Have to link services with a login ID.
CONS:
The base assembly does wobble a bit too much for my likin.. The screw on section actually can align perfectly straight, but you may need to fix it as it can screw on at an angle and wobble a lot more than it should.
The Phone App is a little buggy when changing settings. It's not an instant switch from a GUI perspective.
OVERALL:
I really like this design. Is the phone app necessary? Not really, but it's a nice touch considering you don't have to dig around for the remote assuming you always have your phone on person. The major benefit of this product is going to be its "Turbo" and "Auto" modes given they will separate this design from a traditional fan design.
Do you need to use the Phone app or connect it to internet? Not at all, but the option is there.
Giving it a 5/5 because I actually enjoyed using it quite a bit.

Introduction
Levoit products have been around for a while, and so have fans. I was interested in what smart features the fan would have that would make it stand out from a non-smart fan.
Going in
I currently have a Levoit air purifier, so I am familiar with their app.
What comes in the box?
Out of the box you get the fan, the base, the power adaptor, and a remote that’s already tucked into its housing.
Minor wins
The fan is pretty quiet. Once you go over speed setting 7, then the noise starts to pick up. The plug is detachable, so you can move the fan around without wrapping the power cable all around the unit to move it.
Major wins
The Vesync app is pretty straight forward. It’s not convoluted, and creating an account is also straight forward.
Usage
The assembly and setup; including the app pairing took about 5 minutes. Once all was set, I placed it in my desired location.
Pairing the app to the fan is easy. Once the fan is turned on, press the power button for 5 seconds, and it will pair the app with the fan. The app offers features such as controlling the speed manually, or choosing one of the presets, turning it an and off, and creating a schedule/sleep schedule which it calls “advance sleep.” Just about 85% of the app features are found on the physical remote, so nothing extraordinary.
The controls on the app and the physical remote are very straight forward. You have speed control, oscillation, a timer, auto, and the power button. The physical remote has a mute button, so you don’t have to hear constant beeps every time you press something.
The air that the fan pushes out is actually pretty cooling. On the highest setting, it almost feels like an AC unit that’s set to it’s lowest to mid setting. Simply put, it does it’s job. The air never feels cold, but for a basement gym, it would do well.
Minor issues
The power adapter is one of the larger brick plugs that takes up at least two outlets spaces. I don’t know why it needs this. It would have been better if it was a run of the mill plug type.
Major issues
The intake vent on the back has a screw, so I’m guessing it’s removable. This is good because after a while, dush builds up. So this is a nice way to clean it. On the flip side, it doesn’t look like there’s a way to remove the exhaust vent, which is weird because that side has dust build up as well. Weird.
The base feels very cheap. It comes in two pieces out of the box. You snap them together and place it under the fan. It’s wide, so it’s pretty stable, but it’s the only part of the fan that screams “I was an after thought!”
Primarily for
People who just need a fan, and like the convenience of setting schedules. This would also be a nice way to stay cool on your patio during hot summer months. Make sure it doesn’t rain on the day that it’s taken outside.
Probably not for
People who don’t need one, and are fine with their current HVAC setup.
All in all
The Levoit smart fan is a good looking fan that does its job, and has basic functions, and a FEW “smart” functions via the app. I don’t know how much a non smart fan costs these days, but if you’re looking for a nice fan to keep in the home, then you can’t go wrong with this one.
I would recommend this fan so long as it fits within your budget of what a fan should cost.

This is 42 inch tower fan, comes with 24 volt power adaptor and remote.
Assembly and Build quality: the build quality is good so far, the base comes in 2 pieces and need to assemble before operating. Assembly is straight forward, no additional tools needed and simply attach with a giant plastic bolt. This is okay but due to the height of the fan it wobble a bit. it could have been more sturdy.
The fan has an optional app by which it can be connected to wife and phone to operate with Alexa or google hub. App offers the same functionality as the remote control - kind of you can say an additional remote.
Operations and Functions: There is place for remote control storage behind the back of the fan. Top of the tower is touch sensitive controls and they do the same function as the remote. The fan has 3 mode - normal, Auto and turbo. an intelligent smart night mode which I like the most is very good for night. In this all the screen light is switched off and fan operates silently without any control panel light.
The fan operates very Quietly and there is no noise. this is great. it has 12 speed and powerful wind with low noise is remarkable.
The digital display shows the room temperature and fan speed and the mode at which the fan is operating (except the intelligent night mode when nothing is displayed).
I usually run it on auto mode, because if the room is hot the fan runs faster and as it gets cooler the fan become slow. it has Removable Back Cover, I was hoping that it will have kind of duct filter but was disappointed that it is just a cover. There is no filter on the back. It could have been best to include a filter. In this price range there are also HEPA air purifier is available but this is just a fan not even a dust and bug filter.
The Good:
- Silent operation
- Good height.
- Small footprint.
- remote control.
- Smart function.
- Alexa ready.
- Digital display - with temperature.
The bad:
- Could be more stable
- Remote storing place could be magnetic on the side.
- No dust filter.
Overall I like the quiet operation and as a fan it has good height and good for room air circulation. It should have included a dust filter on the back.

I've been absolutely delighted with the Levoit 42-inch Smart Fan! Assembling it was a breeze - all I had to do was attach the bottom stand. The fan arrived just in time for the summer, and living in a hot area, it's been a lifesaver. Its tall, slim, and lightweight design makes it effortless to move around.
The accompanying app has been incredibly useful; I can control the fan from there, which means I won't have to worry about losing the remote. The fan operates wonderfully and provides a powerful yet gentle airflow. It's also compatible with Alexa and Google smart devices. All of the features can be conveniently controlled through the fan itself, as they are all displayed there as well. This fan boasts impressive features such as 12 fan speeds, quiet operation for a better night's sleep, temperature control that adjusts the fan speed based on the room's temperature, and the ability to adjust the fan angle.
One standout feature, which I hadn't encountered in a tower fan before, is the removable back cover for easy cleaning. This is a great addition as these areas tend to gather a lot of dust. The fan also has a dedicated spot on the back where the controller can be stored when not in use. Overall, this fan has exceeded my expectations. I have been thoroughly enjoying it and love the convenience of controlling it with my Alexa device.

A really “SMART” tower fan!!!

I am absolutely impressed with the smart features of this tower fan. Before getting into its smartness, lets discuss its basic functionality as a fan.
Assembly
-----------------
Assembly is pretty simple. Just snap the base together and place the tower and screw it tight with the plastic nut. As simple as that. The build quality of the base could have been slightly better as the fan wobbles ever so lightly if you shake it but its barely noticeable when kept in its place.
Basic functions
------------------------
Speed: Fan offers speed level from 1 to 12. Max speed is plenty fast and throws air up to around 15 feet with ease. Speed level 6 to 9 is sufficient enough for my everyday use.
Oscillation: The fan can oscillate to 90 degrees. To put this in perspective, it is more than enough to cover the entire king size bed. Without oscillation, it covers about 40% of the king size bed. There is an option to adjust the vertical angle of the air flow and by adjusting it to slightly upwards, its enough to direct the air to the bed when the fan is placed on the floor.
Noise: The fan is surprisingly quiet. Even at the max speed, the noise level of the fan stays surprisingly low.
Modes
-------------------
This tower fan has 4 modes:
Normal Mode: It’s a manual mode and fan runs at the set speed.
Turbo Mode: Fan starts at max speed 12. When temperature of the room drops by 5 degrees, it decreases to speed 6 and then automatically adjusts speed per room temp.
Auto Mode: Based on room temperature, fan automatically sets the speed. Speed 1 for 70 and below. Speed 2 for 72 and it increases by 1 for every 2 degrees.
Advanced Sleep Mode: This is my personal favorite. It runs the fan for 1 hour at the speed we set. After an hour, it automatically reduces the speed based on room temperature and keeps adjusting as the temperature varies.
Timer
-------------------
Using the remote or the button on the fan, we can set timer to turn the fan off after set number of hours from 1 to 12 hours. Using the app, timer can be set at a minute level. E.g., 1 hour 35 minutes etc.
Display and Sound
--------------------------------------------
The fan displays the room temperature which is quite handy. But during the night if you think its getting a bit too bright for you to sleep, there is an options to turn the display off. The input sound can also be muted.
Remote
----------------------
The fan comes with a remote which has following options:
- ON / OFF button
- Oscillate button
- Increase / Decrease fan speed
- Fan Mode button

SMART Functionalities
-----------------------------------------
This is absolutely my favorite part of this fan and in my opinion, these options are where the fan stands out from others. It was fairly easy to setup the fan thru the VeSync app. Just scan the barcode and download the app and follow the directions. It has all the remote features in the app and then some more. It offers a variety of cool functionalities that I always wanted to have in a fan. Let me list some of the SMART features.
Set a Schedule: There is an option to set a schedule of at what speed the fan should turn ON/OFF or run at what speed at any given specific time. If you feel its getting cold in the night, you can schedule to turn the fan off for 30 minutes before automatically turning it on at the speed you want.
Voice Control: Fan allows integration with Alexa / Google Assistant and by doing this, we can voice command the fan to turn on/off or set a speed.
Hey Google, turn the fan ON “or” Hey Google, set the fan to 6
(Name the device as “fan” while setup)
There are loads of other commands like increase / decrease speed or set fan mode or even enquire what speed the fan is at.
Summary
----------------------
I absolutely love this fan. This got the basics right with good air flow at a low noise level. The smart features it offers makes this really cool to use. I definitely recommend this tower fan.

We have multiple larger rooms as well as a few bedrooms that get much warmer in the summer than other so needed an additional fan to help cool them and this has so far worked great. My older daughters share a room that sticks off our house with 3 exterior walls so I t he summer it gets much warmer than the other bedrooms.
For this reason we needed a larger tower fan to help cool it and provide additonal air flow at night while they are sleeping. This fan is larger than the last tower fan we had and also with the digital display screen and included remote it is much easier to see at night and turn on and off. I was also able to quickly and easily connect it to my Wi-Fi to use the app that I downloaded.
Putting it into Wi-Fi mode took a bit of practice and I realized it only works with the unit powered off and then by pressing and holding the power button for 5 seconds. Once the Wi-Fi icon lit up though it was immediately seen by the app on my phone. I quickly connected it to my home Wi-Fi and was able to set up a schedule to turn it on at night at certain times so it would be on while my daughters are sleeping.
Pros
- Pushes a lot of air and has multiple speed settings
- Included remote is handy in case you don't want to use the app or Alexa/Google
- Looks stylish and modern
Cons
- It is larger than I expected
- Was a bit touchy when getting it into Wi-Fi mode to setup the app, had to be powered off to activate it
Overall this is a great tower fan and especially if you want one that is Wi-Fi enabled and can use with Alexa or the Google home automation. It does a great job moving a lot of air to cool larger rooms. Very happy with it so far!

My daughter has a loft bed in her room, and it gets hot for her up there. Her room is not setup with a ceiling fan, so it’s always been a struggle to get a fan pointed in her direction during the summer months. This smart tower fan has been a huge improvement for her room as it’s small and light enough to sit on a shelf and reach her bed, and since it can detect the temperature in there and be programmed to run when needed it makes it very easy for everyone involved. I like the way it looks, and it is very quiet. There are 3 total ways to control it via the control panel on top, a physical remote that stashes into the upper rear, and the smart app. The unit works perfectly with the physical controls and remote, but the app can be finicky in my experience. When I set it up it included a QR code for downloading the app and setup was relatively quick and easy, but in spite of the fact that the fan is only about 20 feet away from my router it really struggles to stay connected to the network making the app difficult to use properly. I’ll be in the middle of trying to set a schedule for it and it will lose connection and my process errors out. Eventually I got it all working right but it still has issues with connectivity intermittently. Being the only device in my house out of 60 plus connected devices and a wifi 7 mesh network that doesn’t stay connected right it definitely seems to be an issue with the fan. Thankfully I don’t need to interact with the app too often as once scheduled it just does its thing and I don’t have to baby sit it which is wonderful, but that connection process could have been better for sure. Ultimately, it does its job very well, and has made a big difference for that hot bedroom. The smart features are nice but could be a bit better, but it’s perfectly suited for the room it’s in and keeps its use simple and easy which is all I needed from it.

The Smart Tower Fan comes with a remote and in addition you download the app which helps you to track the room temperature throughout the day. The remote is not bulky and is small. The remote has similar features of being able to adjust the speeds with the plus or minus sign, having the night mode, being able to power the fan on and off, etc. This feature of being able to track the temperature in the room comes in handy, in knowing which settings are best when operating the fan. The type of housing I reside in can get hot quickly, so this feature is nice to me. I was able to see that the temperate in the room averaged around 88 degrees. You can see the temp on the fan itself and within the app. I have attached pictures taken from the app so that you are able to see how the app measures the temperature of the room. The fan also has an oscillating feature, where is rotates to help distribute the air evenly and helps to ensure that a broader space can be covered. The fan also has a nighttime setting. You are able to keep the fan on the lowest setting of 1 and as high as 12.
Overall the fan is nice. We use this fan in addition to our air conditioner when we need to get the temperature down quickly. We reside in a mobile home dwelling.

I needed a tall fan with a slim design, and this fits exactly where I needed it to. It has 12 speeds, but I just keep it on the maximum speed, which suits my purposes well.
