LG has the worst support imaginable. Do not buy!

Unbelievably terrible service with LG has rendered this stove/cooktop unusable. I ordered it from Best Buy on Feb 1st. The first delivery was cancelled, and rescheduled for March 19th. Long wait, but OK. Gas stove still works, it's fine. They deliver on the 19th, and I notice there is no racking or accessories. I need racks - I use the broiler, very very often. They tell me to call best buy, so I do. Best buy sends me to another best buy number, then to another best buy number and insists LG must have forgotten them, I call LG. LG says best buy forgot them. I call best buy again and after much runaround, convince the best buy rep to stay on the line while I phone LG. I conference them together and the best buy rep, who was very helpful, insists to LG that they know best buy does not do QC or unboxing and it's all in a single box, so if it's not there, LG must provide it and the LG rep begrudgingly agrees. Great job, buddy, you almost saved your company what, 30 bucks on metal and shipping? He texts with me back and forth to confirm and asks for a picture of the missing parts??? I send him the included photo of me not having them and them not being in the drawer. He says they will ship in 5-7 days, but it's been nearly a month and no arrival so I follow up with LG again. This time, I'm told that it was cancelled automatically because I didn't report the issue without 30 days of purchase, and silly me, I got it shipped as soon as possible, 40 days out! The lady understands and after much back and forth, she informs me that she will get the parts shipped. I'm extremely excited to find out why they were cancelled the next time and instead be forced to buy them. This experience has been so poor that I will never buy an LG product again, and I have 3 LG smart TVs. when those age out I guess I'll be looking at sony, because LG has lost a lifelong customer. This has been a terrible experience and terrible support for absolutely no reason on a brand new more than a thousand dollar purchase that I still cannot use and nothing they can do will ever fix this. For anyone else, I would not recommend the purchase of their devices. If you need support, god help you, you will not find it and you will spend 10+ hours getting put through the ringer on hold and bouncing around hostile IVRs until you finally get a live human on the line to lie to you and waste your time.

Works perfectly so far( which it should right? I mean ask me for another review in 5 and 10 years). The induction burners work amazingly well and boil water faster than any resistance based, traditional style electric stove I have ever used before. The oven works very well and I love having an air fryer built in. It's very easy to clean both the stove top and the oven. I like how the oven will alert on my phone when a timer is up or preheat is done. I only have minor gripes really, such as the fact that it's either impossible or difficult to figure out how to change the timer is up sound which is so melodious that I sometimes miss it when the house is loud. Also I wish the touch panel would light up before pressing a button. But overall I am completely impressed. My family cooks or bakes almost every day and this is a way better cooking device than our last stove/oven. It has already saved us time and made it easier to cook tasty food.

    LG Induction Stove Review

Really love design, this is the only induction range you can get in this price point that has the knobs up front. I hate the slide touch buttons that come with the cheaper induction ranges. The induction function cooks evenly and boils water very quickly. The air fry function works incredibly good as well. This does require a 50 amp 220V circuit, so make sure that your electrical system can account for that. Also, my old house has pretty small doors, and the box is 30'' x 32". However, if you open remove the range door and also remove the knobs, you can fit it through a 26" door.

The only bad thing I can say is there is not way to lock the oven door if you have small kids. This scares me because after i take the food out I have to gate off the room and watch my 2 year old doesn't open the oven. We have an eat in kitchen and a two year old so at those times its hard to really secure it. Otherwise the stove is great cooks amazing cleans easy and is nice.

Works amazingly. Water boils in a very short amount of time. Easy to control temperature but takes some time to get used to induction. Oven has worked well. Air fry function not as great as a stand alone air fryer.

We have used the stove top and oven with great results. Love how fast the induction burners boil water. We were thinking of switching over to gas until we discovered induction cooking. We are so glad we went with induction versus gas as it is cleaner cooking in more ways than one. No more messy stovetop. The oven bakes so evenly and heats up fast. So glad we went with LG!

Works great, looks good. Nice, even cooking. Brings water to a boil FAST! Only con is if you are short and need to reach over the stove to use a microwave, it's very easy to turn the oven on/off accidently. Definitely have to use the child lock feature. That's the only downside so far. Would reccmend!

Excellent induction range with the ability to precisely control heat and avoid burning/overcooking. The WiFi/app control feature is useful without being overly complicated. The air fryer function for the stove produces great results. The stovetop is easy to clean. Highly recommend.

Absolutely obsessed with this range! It heats up quickly to make cooking faster. Only thing is don’t stick the knobs in the dishwasher because the numbers will come off. Learned this the hard way.

This stove was wonderful for 11 days. On day 12, the glass top cracked down the middle, almost in half. I immediately contacted LG, sure they would stand by a product that was less that 2 weeks old. They didn’t. Because I was cooking when I noticed the crack starting they said it wasn’t covered by warranty (??) and now I had to pay another $400 to LG for an already very expensive stove, which LG will get around to repairing who knows when. I couldn’t be more disappointed.

Hi, Lea. Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. We understand your concern about experiencing an issue with your LG Range (LSIL6334FE) model. We strive to provide reliable, high-quality products that exceed our customer's needs and expectations. While cooktop glass damage is typically not covered under warranty due to external factors, we know this is an unexpected and disappointing situation. Glass cooktops are designed to withstand high temperatures, but sudden temperature changes, impact, or excessive weight can contribute to cracks.

We want to make sure you’re fully informed about your repair options and timeline. Please send us a private message on social media @LGUSSupport, and we’d be happy to assist further. ^Juvy LG
