This a great unit. Couldn’t be happier at the moment. Takes some getting used to for upper and lower oven options but catch on pretty quickly. Great app. The locking feature comes in handy because it’s easy to turn on the burners.

You have cancelled the delivery 4 times. If you would deliver the stove I have anticipated since November 15. I am sure I would love it. Please expedite the delivery. You requested photos would you like photos of the range that does not work? How getting it together. You even sent me a notification that you have it in stock. But yet you don’t have one for delivery. Why?

Cooktop Discoloration on Day 1

Water and paper towel alone will wipe off the coloring of the cooktop. No scrubbing needed. This is a really expensive piece of junk. LG customer support will tell you that it is considered a scratch and not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Unacceptable for over $#K stove...

Delivered cord but no range

UNBELIEVABLE!!! Today I was to finally receive my LG 7.3 Double Oven after 4 failed attempts at delivery. They showed up today with a power cord wanting to know what to connect it to. I told them the range they were about to bring in. He then told us they didn’t have a range. I told him this wasn’t funny and he told me he thought it was strange they only sent a cord. He called his boss who nicely told me they were looking at my range but it wasn’t on the order so it wasn’t sent. This is UNBELIEVABLE, UNACCEPTABLE, & UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Why can’t a boss get involved and make it right? They now say another 14 days..really? WHY?

It is a wonderful oven and stove. The only problem is it turns on if you just bump into it. LG knew about this and did nothing about it and now is giving you a sticker to address the issue instead of fixing the problem. Shame on LG and shame on Best Buy for allowing this.

Love it and the features. Only dislike is the knobs on front turn easily and have to have it locked at all times due to this issue, then can’t use my app to start it up and such!

I loved this oven, but it completely quite working after a year and a half. It only has a one-year warranty! I would not purchase again.

It has been a terrible experience dealing with both Best Buy and the LG. The LG range came with no racks. After many, MANT hours on the phone calling the Best Buy, I was told to contact LG warranty department directly because Best Buy has no replacement parts to ship to us. Dealing with LG has been another nightmare, it has been more than 2 months, dozens of calls, each lasted more that an hour, still no replacement parts. No communication within the company, it seems that no one knows what the others are doing or placing what orderes.

Bought open box "excellent" condition. Came with finish ruined in top oven and missing all accessories but 2 racks. You cannot speak to employees in store, only to customer service representatives in a different location. Representatives said sorry about your luck you need to haul it back to the store that is over an hour away. Will not buy from Best Buy again, terrible customer service.

Love this oven! My granddaughter now can cook using upper part of oven with out me having to take out food. She is 11. Also my son really enjoys air frying and convection. Best Buy ever!!
