Was debating on getting the 98” TVL tv but decided to spend a little more for a higher quality tv with AI built into it. Has alot of setting options for the picture and sound. Very pleased with my purchase.

I was originally looking for a 65" with a budget of couple grand. Then i found this Gem. It replaced the projector and screen and 58" tv setup i had before couldn't be more happy with my choice.

Decided to trade up to OLED

Twice it has failed with rainbowing and screen cracks that are not evident when the TV is removed from the box. It appears the packaging does not protect the TV adequately and screen defects/damage show up once the TV is mounted, perhaps due to flexing. Note that the TV is being professionally installed by 4 Best Buy Geek Squad members.

Sometimes, you might see “rainbowing” or pressure marks if the screen gets flexed during handling or mounting, especially with larger panels like the 98" class. While we do our best to package everything safely for transit, we suggest using only the recommended wall-mount bracket (VESA-compatible) and making sure all mounting points are well-supported without overtightening, as that can put stress on the panel. I had to do a little research to get the picture to look right. Even after this, the pocture is OK. Its definitly big, but nothing special. Bottom line, if you want that crystal clear picture its gonna cost more money.

Staff was very helpful in picking the right TV for my home. They help load the TV and make sure it was going to be safe to my Home. I don't know why i waited so long and why I shopped around when i knew that Best Buy was the only way to go!!!

The TVs are comparable, but the LG ended up being $600 cheaper and the free install and quick shipping time through Best Buy was light years ahead of Samsung direct. The TV is huge, but don’t worry… you get used to it and are only overwhelmed by the size for the first 48 hours or so. Gaming and watching football is so much more fun now!
