Installation went without a hitch although I did have to cut the height adjustment in the cabinet. And came with 2 gliding racks. Replaced a KitchenAid. 2nd one microwave went out.

It has many functions that we did not have with our last combo unit (e.g., bread dough rising, sous-vide, etc.) and comes with a thick instruction manual. I would give it 5 stars but some of the functions are not as intuitive as they could be and the oven seems to take longer to get to the right temperature than our last unit.

The handles and finish give a very high end look and the blue oven interior looks amazing. So many features and options with the convection features in BOTH the oven and microwave.

The only issue was installation service who broke the door while installing and now we have to wait for replacement. Just double check the cut out dimensions
