Ok, something im agree is that they are very comfortable, the sound is really good whe you listen music from your phone, but as a hearing aid the sound is good, while it last in your ear, if you remove them and try to accomodate back in your ear, the microphone goes out or off, its hard to make it work unless you put them back in the case and let them reset, i tried to call tecnichal support and have to wait almas 8 hrs to get a call back and they did not solve my problem, I couldn’t figure out how to use the multi-use controls on the hearing aids, The instructions said to click the button on the hearing aid twice to make the volume louder, but every time I tried to do so, it didn’t work, i didnt found what was the IR sensor it say make sure is not covered or desactived, but how do you activate back? Not in manual…..

This was a gift for my 85-year old father who has refused for so long to wear a hearing aid. The style was what caught his attention first as it simply looked like any modern earbuds. What surprised me was the individual left and right customization! I tried it myself and was I awe by the sound quality! We tried Apple Pro series with hearing aid but ended up returning it. This was the best OTC hearing device! Highly recommended!!!

The hearing aids are comfortable and lightweight. The sounds are amplified and clearer, especially voices sound a lot more defined. I like that when I receive calls, outside noises are blocked out. However, I noticed that the call volume is low even when i adjusted the volume at its highest. Also, the connectivity issues related to the bluetooth- this happened with the Nova ear buds too. It tends to lose connection on one of the hearing aids. And I can't play or stream certain videos. I end up having to use my apple airpods for that. This is very frustrating.

This is my third Linner hearing aids and I really like the way how Linner built its hearing aids. The Mars is beautiful. It looks like a earbuds and almost invisible. The functions I love most is the focus mode, it help me to understand conversations much more better.

Not what needed they don’t seem like real hearing aids just amplifiers.

Great hearing aids! But they get lost easily. I lost one hearing aid because it fell out and I couldn’t find it. I had to order a new set because the company would not replace them. But they work great!
