Great unit but easily turns ON inside the case.

This is a great magnifier to use. It's hefty and the lights are good. However, it is SUPER EASY to accidentally turn it on when you zip up the case and not realize it. Batteries will be dead next time you open it up. Only solution is NOT to use the case but there are times when you will want to zip it up for transport. So, that's unfortunate. Other than that issue, I love it.

Bought for reading nice lighting nice weight easy to guide. Bought one then 3 weeks later another for my husband for his coin collection. Wish the National Geographic was not a sticker. But it still is more than worth the price.

a real piece of garbage. Concept is great. Function is a failure. Lights fail after minimum usage. W/O the lights, casing's height ensures blockage of outside light. So, without inside 5 LEDs firing away, this is useless.
