When I went to pick up my new iPhone 11 pro max I wanted to make sure it was protected. I feel otter box makes the best cases even though they are a little more in price. The case I prefer is the statement model but not available yet. I picked up the commuter series case. It is very durable and does not add much thickness to the phone. While holding it does seem larger but it also gives that feeling that the phone is well protected. For those of you that have a weather tech cup holder mount in your vehicle, it fits perfectly.

The best of the best cases I’ve ever had bought! It’s made of a material that really eliminates the hassle of grease and dust on your cell phone plus it looks so good too, giving the best protection to your valuable phone as well. Thanks

The thin plastic part near the speaker broke when my phone slipped out of my hand, while in the car, and bumped into my cup holder. Waste of $40.

With having recently purchase the iPhone 11 Pro Max, I wanted to make sure that my phone was secure and stays in pristine condition. Over the years, I've switched from the usual and bulkier Defender style of the Otterbox cases to the more slimelined yet protected Commuter Series cases. I love the Commuter Series style as they are easy to use and look so professional. I love the hard case outershell and the cutout ports and buttons work flawlessly with no issues.

Bought to replace my otter box defender case. Provides good protection while being less heavy and bulky than the defender which was appealing to me. Rugged protection while still fitting in pocket without feeling like you are carrying around a rock. Phone slips in and out easily but still holds secure enough to not come out by accident.

I think Otter box is one of yhe best quality cases to protect the cell phones.

I have owned a few different versions of this case over the years. I really like the protection and it does its job. I do wish the sides were a little tighter against the phone. Its easy to get on and off, the port cover is a bonus and keeps it clean inside. I have dropped it 1-2 times and the 2nd time I broke my screen protector, not my screen, but it fell and hit face first, not the cases fault. It is pretty pricey for what it is, but its otter box and they always charge an arm and a leg for cases.

Slick phone cover, doesn’t add too much bulk to your phone. Easy to put on and take off. Haven’t dropped my phone yet but being an Otter, I’m sure it’ll protect just fine. A little slippery, but nothing a pop socket can’t fix.

I've always wanted a Commuter case, but I could never get over the protection-compromising Apple logo cutout in previous iterations. Now that they've finally gotten rid of it, I was happy to pick this up for my new iPhone. I like the new design with the solid back and added rubber material on the back to help reduce sliding. The only drawback - and why the four stars - is the synthetic rubber slipcover around the buttons is still as flimsy as ever and will easily allow dust and dirt to enter and get trapped - a negative since the stainless steel sides tend to scratch easily. I hope in the future they will reinforce those areas with polycarbonate, after which this case would be perfect in my eyes. But overall, this is a good, solid, well-designed case that will provide more than enough drop protection for the phone. And it's $10 cheaper than the Symmetry, that while slimmer, I believe is a slightly inferior case in terms of overall protection.

Nice case. Has a nice weight to it and feels nice in your hand. After a few drops this case hasn't shown a scratch. I'm loving it after a month

I absolutely love the OtterBox case for my iPhone. I had one for my iPhone 6S and dropped it maybe seven or eight times in the time I had the phone (got it when it came out and just now replaced it with my 11 Pro Max, so had it a long time). Never once did the phone get damaged. The new style is much easier to get on and off, which is a big plus, and the only negative to the old one. And, wouldn't you know it, first day I had the phone, I dropped it twice onto hard surfaces. No damage at all. To say I love this case would be a major understatement. I highly recommend OtterBox cases.

This cover looks good and functions very well. I like it over other covers because it is easier to hold.

Nice looking. Like the rubber/silicone insert with the hard outer shell, seems like it will add additional protection. Good size lip on the front which works for me as I tend to put the phone down face first at places like bars/restaurants. Could not give it a 5 as it’s a little too slick, This case is replacing a leather Apple case that pretty much stayed wherever you placed it, the new case slides all over the place and with it being so slick you’d think there would be some grooves on the sides to better hold on to it . . . there are but they put them up by the buttons instead of lower where you actually hold on to the phone which I consider a pretty major design fail. Overall, nice looking, not bulky but still seems very sturdy just could have used used grooves or a less slippery material where you hold it.

Fits the phone perfectly and not that bulky. Already has protected the phone from a few drops.

I’ve always used Otterbox because it simply protects. This Commuter case for the 11 Pro Max is no different. It fits like a glove. The Commuter case is not bulky like the Otterbox Defender case (I’ve had both), but protects just as well. It’s border around the screen also protects the screen somewhat if it is dropped and I think every little bit helps. I have always been able to get back maximum money when selling back my phones when using this case. Keeps them good as new!

This case has saved my phone countless times! My kids like to watch videos when waiting in line or at restaurants, so it has been dropped more times than I care to count. No damage to my phone at all! I did make sure to put on a screen protector purchased from another vendor, but I am very happy with this case. I have been using the Commuter series for years and never had an issue. Highly recommended!
