...this case is not it. The lip on the front around the screen isn't very high and doesn't really protect from drops. It also lets a whole lot of lint in, which shows up under the clear case. The material itself is starting to turn blue from my jeans and it's yellowing on the sides. If it wasn't changing color I wouldn't complain, but it's specifically advertised to *not* do that.

I haven't gone for the soft shell otter boxes before because it always made me super nervous that it wouldn't protect as well. Thing was, I couldn't find any other than the soft shell that I liked. I thankfully was proven wrong. The case saved my pixel from quite a few drops. I wish I had opted for whatever version protects from water damage, but that is nothing against this purchase!

Solid case. I've had the phone and case for about a week, dropped it a handful of times and it's been unscathed. It adds a bit of girth to the phone, but personally I like it because it makes it easier to handle and feels super solid overall. Definitely a personal preference thing. Also, I love that it's clear so I can show off the beautiful light green color on the back and whatever stickers or decals I want. Overall, easy choice for a reliable case. Also, I love that the side buttons are super clicky and separate from the mold of the case. Much better feedback.

Excellent case, easy to install and has protected my phone from two drops already. The buttons on the side go along very well with the phone interface which is something I've seen seen others covers fail to implement.

Fits my phone tight and looks good. It's sticks in the hand, but slippery on hard surfaces, but slips in and out of my pockets with ease. It has a rugged build but not over powering or too heavy. I feel confident it will protect my phone.

As expected of an Otterbox, it's very durable and sleek. My only complaint with it is how it's buttons are slightly "wobbly" but it's not a deal breaker as it is kinda nice to fidget with it.

The Otter Box cover fits nicely on my new Pixel 7! It really protected my phone when the phone slid out of my pant pocket.

I have bought otter box cases for my kids after past phones were droped and broken. All I can say is my kids have not had a broken phone since I started using this series of otter box. We had an s9+ in one for over 2 years with no broken phone so we decided to get the same case for his new pixel 7. Its already been droped a couple of times and I was sure there would be damage but the case does its job and the phone is still perfect. These cases are worth the extra money.

This is a great case that actually protects your device and is covered by otterbox warranty. Plus it shows off the color of your phone!
