Great microwave. Replaced an older model. Like some of the newer features: sensor reheat for different items.

After doing without a microwave for a few days, it is great to be able to cook my microwave breakfasts again.

Not impressed with the sensor reheat option. The picture was taken after it exploded and we had to manually stop it.

I like the size of this microwave. We have a small kitchen and it fits like a glove inside the over counter space we have. plug in and start using. The depth of this microwave is great for fitting long items. they may not clear the rotation so I don't but the plate in. most everything fits and warms properly. clock feature is good. I really like the keep warm feature and turbo defrost when I forget to pull the meat out the freezer before cooking. the sensor heat is advantageous. its also heavy enough to when you push the button to open the door the whole microwave doesn't move like our last one. over all this is a great microwave. wish we got the stainless steel one instead.

Our 25 year old Samsung 800watt microwave finally gave out so I was excited to get a new one that would heat a can of soup in less than 2.5 minutes! I shopped and read dozens of reviews narrowing the choices to this one and (I think) a magic chef. I actually liked the other a bit more, mostly for its looks, but several of the reviews downgraded it because it was noisy. Our Best Buy didn’t have this one in black in stock, so we ordered one and got it a few days later. We love the way it performs. 90 seconds for my soup :), 45 seconds for a cup of boiling water, etc. but when I first turned it on my wife thought a 747 was flying just over our roof! Ok, that’s a BIt of an exaggeration, but I did double check to ensure I hadn’t missed a film or tape or something that was obstructing the exhaust. We still chuckle when we use it thinking that if the magic chef was louder that we’d need to use ear protection when using it.

When I first saw this, the one thing that came to mind was, it's gonna be too big. Compared to the microwave I already have/had. But no. This little behemoth is small on the outside and super spacious on the inside ( Dr Who anyone?) It has a bunch of cool settling to get you going quickly and can pretty much defrost Elsa( kidding) but the defrost is top notch. It does what it says. With that being said, $200 is a lot of scratch for it. But hey, it does it's job. So if you've have the cash and are looking for a very good microwave, this should not disappoint.

As to functionality, this microwave has exceeded my expectations. The sensor cook features work well, the size of the oven meets our needs, it's easy to clean, and even the little interior light is just enough. The only quibble is that it has a significant fan noise when operating. With the functionality at this price point that is probably normal, but I am giving it four stars because of the fan noise. As to functionality, this unit hits a home run. Some of the markings at the buttons are starting to rub off, so be careful with that. If what you care about is functionality, this unit delivers.

We liked the machine (Panasonic - 1.2 Cu. Ft. 1200 Watt NN-SN65KW) a lot, til it stopped working 32 days after purchase. On Day 1 out of the box the Start button began misbehaving. By Day 32 the light wouldn't go out & the machine stopped altogether. A shame, because the interior size, the power, the inside light that stays on while cooking & whilst door is open, the soft door close vs the usual jarring mini-bang, the quick 30sec button, option to turn off beeps, & of course the overall design were all nice. (However some of us found it a bit loud.) Strongly recommend getting a BestBuy protection plan (e.g. Geek Squad for $25). Panasonic product support was impossible to contact. We called the Best Buy Geek guys & were able to return it to a store for a full credit.

In-store sales person was very helpful advising me on a selection. Suggested that I buy new version of same product I had before. Good choice. I already knew which buttons did what and there were several improvements in the new model. Especially, an interior light that stays on when door is open AND during cooking. All working very well! Everything is great. The only issue is the buttons don't exactly line up with the numbers on the keypad so you have to put your finger on the number and then move it around until you hit the correct spot. It's very minor but the only button that is off by a large margin is the zeor button which is the child lock release button on the door.

Just what we needed to replace our old microwave. It fits nicely in the space that our old one sat in. This microwave is easy to use and does the job excellently. We have had good luck with the Panasonic brand and so this was a easy decision to purchase this microwave.

I am so happy with my choice. I did a lot of research and then went for it and couldn't be happier. The microwave is easy to use, using traditional method of keying in time, or by using the genius sensor that automatically warms/cooks your food to the desired degree. I was pleasantly surprised by the price too--that means it was reasonable.

We purchased this as a replacement for our previous Panasonic microwave. It works great, has an interior light, and is easy to program the clock and use cooking functions. Compact to fit into smaller counter space.

This replaced an old 1200W microwave. I found this n ew microwave to be easy to use and the high power is great for foods that need it like popcorn and warming up cooked rice. I've also dialed the power back for other foods and it works great for that as well. The turntable and inside is larger than my old microwave despite the fact that it is no larger than the old one. About the only negative is that the inside is stainless steel and so it is a little harder to see what is inside as compared to my old microwave which had a white interior.

When our previous 20+ year old Panasonic microwave finally had an issue, the turntable quit turning, it was time to go shopping for a replacement. After considering various other makes, & models it soon became an easy decision to purchase this Panasonic microwave. Everything works great and the newer features that have been added over the years make it even better than our previous Panasonic microwave. The control panel is nicely arranged and is easy to setup no matter what you want to cook or heat up. The size is perfect for the space we had available on our countertop.

Works GREAT ! Only one minor issue. When the cooking is done, one must wait several minutes for next item OR Manually Press RESET for next item. Why would Panasonic has this feature is beyond me ... a poor choice. Other than that it is OK. Heating is not even over the entire tray .. OK in middle and edges ... in-between low heating. Rotating tray does not help to correct this. My Older Panasonic Microwave with IDENTICAL Title worked perfect .. not this one ... only needed to get used to this uneven heating.

I purchased my Panasonic microwave as my sister had one and loved it. I am impressed with my choice, it works as it should and easy to operate, my requirement. Simplicity. Love it, and the safety feature on opening the door.

Good but not excellent because the buttons should have better options for common occurrence use. Even the manual is limited in directions for common use. Some directions ok but the manual needs far more examples. The microwave itself is well built and has a nice appearance.

I had a Panasonic microwave prior to this, almost the same model & loved it. I really like the turbo defrost feature for unthawing food. I like that this model has a light inside & is also easy to clean.
