Amazing top choice grill

We just purchased before the July 4th holiday and used it all week to make breakfasts, burgers, dinner, etc! Heats up nicely and evenly...the loop burner heats a little less hot; but we like that feature as it's a perfect spot to move food to keep warm without burning as other items are made! Clean up is an absolute breeze! Grease cup on front it a nice design as it's very easy to clean and replace as needed. Griddle surface cleans up easily and food hasn't stuck to surface at all:) Love that there's no issue of griddle rusting when not in use as well! Paper towel holder is a great addition and lower shelf is a really nice size for storage. While all the Pit Boss (high heat nylon) cooking tools work great, we did realize that edge of scraper can melt a bit if you keep the heat on high when using the scraper....but to be honest, the scraper is not really needed as nothing sticks and griddle cleans up so well. If we ever do need to use it again, we'll just make sure heat is a bit lower when using. We highly recommend this griddle...well made, great design features & super easy to clean and care!! You must no stick utensils and you do not need to season, scrape, and additional maintenance as a stone our iron grill top.

The only thing I’m upset about is due to Hurricane Katrina the flattop is no longer usable. Sad day for sure.
