Headphones were great, noise canceling was really surprising as to I couldn't hear any background noise. On a scale of 1-10, I give these headphones a 10!

With the working from home bit, I have to sit in on a lot of (sometimes unnecessary) conference calls. Normally, I'd use my laptios mic/speakers however I've run into some issues with background noise, low sound quality and poor mic performance. I have another wired headset I used to use however that seems to have passed on and isn't quite the same (quality wise) as it used to be.
This headset seemed to check off a few boxes in that it's wireless, lightweight and (supposedly) comfortable. After some use with this on my calls today, I'm quite impressed so far with this headset.
Included in the box is your charging cable, headset and carrying bag. Pretty much the standard fare in terms of contents so nothing out of the ordinary here. Cable is plenty long enough for my needs since I'm at my desk the majority of the time and can plug in and charge whenever needed. Big bonus for me here is the wireless/bluetooth capability. My previous headset was wired so couldn't really leave my laptop and get something to drink or do laundry or whatever. Since these are wireless, no issues now as I can freely roam around my place and do stuff while still on a call. The range on this is 50 feet or so however my place isn't quite that big. From wandering around from room to room I haven't experienced any drops or frequent disconnects. The only time it did disconnect was when I went to my bedroom which is about 30 feet away and about 6 walls away from my laptop. Not surprised by this as even some of my other bluetooth earbuds have this issue.
The headset is lightweight for sure. I sat on about 4 calls today, each ranging from 30-60 minutes in duration. Never once did the headset feel heavy or uncomfortable. Being pretty lightweight, it almost got to the point where I didn't feel them on my head which is great. And as far as comfort goes, these are SUPER comfy. Normally, I hate on-ear headphones since they are uncomfortable for me and make my ears hurt after some use. The earpads on these are sorta squishy to the touch so they don't press against my earlobes like most other on-ear headphones do. As such, I have no concerns/issues with wearing these for long periods of time as they check the box in terms of comfort.
I don't have any negatives about this headset to be honest. Aside from having to wear it for my conference calls, these work as one would a headset to work which is great. They're lightweight, comfy and provide great sound quality.

Powerful headset with powerful noise rejection

Hearing is believing. Speech is power. Poly has created a powerful product to help you stay in your own little world, regardless of where you are and who is around you.
The Poly headset comes with its own bluetooth adapter. it will also connect quickly and easily With any modern machine that has Bluetooth built in. I paired it with my 6 month old laptop. The laptop recognized the headset without my having to go into the Bluetooth utility. I use the headset on my own as well as when I was sitting near my wife's workstation at home. In both cases, The other meeting recipients were able to hear me without any problem at all. They also did not hear anything else going on at my house.
When I was not in meetings, the music I played through the headset sounded rich and clear. While they may be a little short of audiophile quality, you won’t find the need to reach for any other headset while you’re working. The headset sits on your ears, not around them. This means you can still hear some of what is going on nearby. If you are the type who enjoys being around people, this can be a great benefit. The headset will not keep things silent enough for deep thinkers. Those folks will still need to close the door for complete separation.
Poly made this headset generally comfortable. The earpieces swivel front and back and the headband is adjustable.it sits atop your head, and each side can be adjusted. The microphone boom can also be adjusted so it is closer or further from your mouth as needed. The headset is fairly lightweight. It did not feel heavy on me even after wearing it for a few hours.
This headset charges with a USB-C cord, included in the package. It also comes with a USB-C to USB-A adapter which can be used either to adapt the Bluetooth nanoplug to fit on a modern ultrabook or to allow the cord to be adapted from C to C when using the headset in wired mode. The headset plug and wire will natively work with older USB-A plugs. Wired mode is useful for those who want to be free from electronic eavesdropping or when you forget to charge the battery. The sound quality of the microphone and the speakers was indistinguishable between wired mode and Bluetooth mode.
In today's remote work environment, having a quality headset has become essential communications equipment. This headset fits the bill for those working from while still being portable enough to bring into the office on hybrid days. Your coworkers and your ears will thank you.

Insanely comfortable headset for Work and Play

You’d think after 2+ years of working from home, I would have long jumped to the premium wireless headsets. I have been using a wired headset for all my Teams calls, but no longer. I’ve missed out on the flexibility of a wireless headset.
I have used polycom VoIP phones and conference spyders and know they make a quality product. This headset is right up there with the rest of the product line. The eco-friendly packaging includes a carry case, a pre-paired bluetooth dongle, the headset, charge cables, and some instructions. The first time charge on this headset took about an hour and that lasted me about 3 days before I needed to recharge it, that was with mixed listening and conference use.
How comfortable is it? Well, I did not take it off to readjust for my weekly 8 hour meeting. The weight of the headset is very well balanced, and you hardly feel it on your head. The pressure on your earlobes can be adjusted by adjusting the headband, but I found it was snug and not too hard on my ears. The soft touch materials on-ear headset feels right at home, with perfect pressure on your ears without feeling the fatigue.
The audio quality is amazing, detailed highs and sufficient lows to make a full range well balanced experience. The dual noise canceling microphone is a pleasure to use and is clear on the recording. Not having a wire tether meant I found I enjoyed listening to my music on my off hours as a bluetooth headphone. The combination fo the weight, build quality and sound quality makes this a very useable day-to-day headset that wont leave you fatigued.
The headset can be used several ways. The pre-paired bluetooth dongle makes syncing up this headset real easy. Plug in the USB dongle and turn on the headset, and you are ready to go. The headset also allows bluetooth pairing, and you may connect to a second device (a phone or computer) by setting the headset in pairing mode. Should you run out of battery, plugging in the included USB A/C to C cable will allow you to use the headset in tether mode as a wired headset and still allow for charging. Sadly the pictogram instructions provided in the quick start guide was a bit lacking in detail, so if you are lost like I was, you have to look up the online manual. The headset is Microsoft Teams certified, and the moment it was plugged into a USB port with the pre-paired dongle, the teams certification pops up. This allows you to engage teams by pressing the button in the center.
The only downside for me on this headset is that the headset microphone is on the right. While it is flexible enough to be placed on your left ear and rotated into position, the headset has no way of flipping the left and right channels. For Teams and Zoom meetings this won't matter, but for music you would want to keep the right channel on the right ear. I also found it annoying that everytime I muted the microphone in Teams or Zoom, the device would say “Mute” and “Unmute” in spoken words.
In conclusion, get one of these if you are working from home on a regular basis or need a headset for work. It is well worth it, and frankly I don't know why I did not get this earlier.

Excellent headset at an affordable price

Having previously owned a Plantronics (they changed their name to Poly) headset, I was excited to try this device that is almost half the price.
This unit doesn’t come with a docking station. There is a fabric bag to store the headset and it comes with a charging cable USB-A to USB-C and a USB-A to USB-C Adapter. Charging takes just under 2 hours and so far the charge has lasted about 2 ½ days of light use. It also comes with a BT-700 dongle for greater wireless range and faster connection. I had to use a USB 3.0 port for it to be recognized on my computer.
Pairing to my cell phone was very easy. Turn on the power to the headset and then slide over to the Bluetooth icon and pair from your phone. It also shows the battery level of the headset. This headset isn’t compatible with my Poly work phone without the Voyager Office Base (sold separately).
My preference is always a headset that covers both ears. Poly sells other headsets that just cover one ear if that is your preference. The fit is comfortable and is just tight enough over your ears. It feels sturdy but is still lightweight.
Range was excellent with the BT-700. It goes downstairs, outside and down my driveway before static (on the other end) begins impairing the call. That is about 180 feet. When I exceeded the range by going another 100 feet, my caller couldn’t hear me but the call was still active when I came back into range.
Noise cancelling is also excellent. My neighbor was mowing when I was testing the range and the caller could barely hear it – it was very loud to me. But other sounds like running water, the microwave and gusts of wind in the background are cancelled out. You can also move the boom up and down for better positioning. The mute button is located under the boom and the headset says “mute on” and “mute off.” I didn’t have to download the software to make that work but I did use the BT-700 dongle.
Two devices can be connected at the same time and the headset remembers up to eight devices.
For traveling, you will want something sturdier than the included fabric bag. My laptop case has a portion that I can use for my headset to keep it protected.
This is a great headset with useful features at an affordable price. Highly recommended.

Office Must

This bluetooth headset is a must have for all home offices. This headset checks all boxes most specifically in 3 areas. Portability, range and sound. The portability of this was a key aspect when using this item, a few questions I was looking at were: Can I easily grab and go with this headset? Does it come with an adequate traveling case? The answer to both of these questions is yes. The headset is not flimsy and gives me no second guessing whether or not its able to stand an occasional bump. It also comes with a travel case, with a built in mini pocket for the USB adapter. Next, the range is said to span up to 160+ feet, I was able to keep signal anywhere in my home which was very important to me. I did not want to be locked in one or two rooms when listening in on calls, but rather able to roam free.. The last category that I valued was the sound, and with built in noise canceling capability and crisp audio flowing through the comfy earphones I was as happy as could be. Some of the previous headphones I have used seemed muffled or too high pitched, not these.
All in all, due to its portability, range and sound quality I recommend this headset as a home office must to all of those who work from home... or even in the office!!

I recently broke my previous headset on a trip and needed a replacement that would survive a busy day of Teams calls and be very comfortable to wear. My corporate laptop is a Mac and is software restricted so I also needed something that would work right out of the box without a lot of configuration.
The Plantronics Poly Voyager is UC certified and should worj right out of the box with teams. The device comes with a Bluetooth USB dongle for those who need it, but is capable of being paired without it. This ended up being an important distinction, as i didn’t figure out until after I ran into some installation challenges because I’d plugged in the dongle and paired the Bluetooth directly. This caused the computer (and me) to be confused and was easily resolved by unplugging the dongle.
The reason i take off a star has nothing to do with battery performance, comfort, or sound quality. It has everything to do with the lack of a real setup guide. Since i can’t install their software and probably many other corporate users can’t either, there should at least be a setup diagram of that doesn’t consist of three pictures that imply all will work immediately with no further programs.
Will you love the comfort and the battery performance? Without a doubt. I’d buy it again and so should you.

Wireless version of my favorite headset

I've used a wired Polycom headset for years and it's gotten me through the past 3 years of working from home. We've recently adopted kittens and they found the cord to my headset to be a fantastic toy. I wanted to try the wireless version of that same headset, and somehow it's even better than the wired one! It's very slightly heavier than the wired headset, but the sound quality is the same - and this one has playback in ear of your voice so that you're not speaking too loudly in the room for others to hear you. I'm a pretty loud typer, but people I'm in meetings with have not complained about my typing since using this headset. I credit the noise canceling that is built in for that.
I have a personal Windows PC that I tried this headset with first, and I used its built-in Bluetooth to connect the headset. I found that I could only use it as a microphone and headset for chat apps (I tested with Discord), and it would not playback the audio from the game I was playing. This is where the USB dongle comes in. Adding that in and using it fixed that issue right away. However, when I connected this natively to my Macbook Pro, it worked without the dongle for all audio needs. I find myself leaving the headset on all day as it's light enough and soft enough to not become irritating. The battery life is as advertised - I tend to be able to go two days before having to charge (and that's only based on my paranoia rather than the device running out by then). I've added some pictures because the microphone is attached to the right earpiece and not the left - I think it's possibly mirrored on the product page. It's just something to get used to but doesn't really get in the way.

Received as a gift when my wired earbuds died. The sound is good as is the comfort and fit on my ears.
The headset itself is solid but bulky. It stays put as long as I'm sitting still. Moving around or slightly leaning forward or back causes the headset to fall off my head.
It is used mostly for computer/table/phone audio/video and does the job fine for that. I have noticed the pause button does not work for all of my connected devices.
I have used it only for a test phone call and that works well. I have not yet answered a call while wearing them.
It is not needed for employment purposes so I have not learned or used any applicable features.
It comes with a charging cable, Bluetooth dongle and polyester drawstring carrying bag. The cable works, I have not tried the Bluetooth dongle, and the polyester bag is definitely a quality feature. Though the bag appears to be constructed okay, the drawstring loosens easily. Depending on how the device is stored, the bag might open and slip off while inside a backpack. And the bag does nothing to protect the headset in the event it is dropped. If a carrying bag or case is an important accessory for you, you'll want to purchase something to replace the included bag.
I packed them in my carry on for a recent cruise. I used a small backpack and the headset takes up a lot of space. I only used them on the plane and once to replace earplugs during a nap! No sound, just used to cover my ears and that was fine. Never used them on the ship we I did not have a Wifi or data plan for watching videos or listening to music. The next time I fly/cruise I will pack my small ear buds to save space and weight.

Poly Voyager - Awesome headset for Teams!

I just received my Plantronics Poly Voyager 4320 wireless headset. These are great! I work from home and use Teams all day long. I love how seamlessly the connected into my laptop and work with teams. I don't have to wear them all day long, my sound still comes through my speakers but once my Teams rings in or I have meeting that is starting I slide them onto my head and amazing sound comes through! They are incredible intuitive, and actually comfortable to wear. The noise cancellation is just right, not too much, but enough that it is very noticeable. While testing these out I asked several people how I sounded and everyone said it was really clear. There's no cutting out or losing sound. There's a mute button on the microphone wand that is awesome! Love that I have that there - especially considering I can get up and walk around with these, so if I have to mute I don't have to rush back to my laptop to hit the mute button. Talk time has been good, I leave them on through out the day and battery level has taken 3 days to dip into the red zone. The accompanying app is great, sends me reminders to take breaks and drink water, something I unfortunately do need to be reminded to do. This is a great headset, especially for Teams. If you are in the market these are great, I highly recommend.

I work from home 5-6 days a week, with the exception of one day a month I go in office. My company has provided high quality wired headsets from Plantronics everyday, that also pair with Teams, which is our preferred virtual meeting platform. I’m in meetings everyday, all day, and sometimes need to be able to move around and about. Enter the Voyager 4320 Wireless headset to save the day!
Setup was very easy. All I had to really do was plug in the USB to my work laptop, wait for the software to download, and switch the headset on. The voice is clear, crisp and easy to understand and will let you know when it is paired, and ready to use. I had no compatibility issues, or paring issues.
The Teams button allows you to be able to answer calls with just a touch of a button on the unit. The mute functions and everything you need is located on the headset itself which gives me the flexibility to move about when I am not on camera. No wires! A must, and a plus.
The sound quality is great through the headset, everyone said my sound quality is crisp and clear, I’ve used this for an entire shift and it is very comfortable on the ear and not sweaty at all. It provides noice canceling quality. The overall feel and quality is high, and it even comes with a carrying case with a little pocket for you to be able to carry the USB and not lose it! I am thrilled as a working professional from home to be able to have this high quality of a headset, that allows me to not be tied down to my laptop constantly, and even walk around on my in office days. You will not be disappointed.

Incredible audio and microphone quality!

When it comes to headsets used for work from home and remote calls, what comes to mind often for individuals is the quality of the microphone and the ease of setup and use of the headset itself. This headset possesses all of those qualities in spades, but what I did not expect here for a pair of on-ear headphones is such excellent audio quality! The audio quality here for music is actually worthy of many higher-end headsets I have tried and reviewed!
The actual set up was easy. I have this paired with my phone for remote calls via Bluetooth, and that setup was as easy as accessing my Bluetooth settings and pushing up on the hardwired Bluetooth/power button on the headset for 2 seconds and seeing the prompting for the “Poly V4320 Series” pop-up. The headset also comes with a USB-A dongle in order to employ a 2.4ghz connection to your PC if that is your preferred connection method. Included in the packaging is a USB-A to USB-C adapter though if I need to hook it into a USB-C port. You can also run this headset wired utilizing the included USB cable directly into your PC! That is excellent in terms of versatility.
The headset itself is built in a very high-quality fashion. I enjoy the softness of the ear-pads on my ears, while the plush headband also keeps the headset from feeling like it is pinching my head with long use.
I have had excellent feedback from callers about the audio quality of this mic. It does indeed seem to live up to its marketed features of eliminating background noise. When I am not using the mic, it easily flips up and out of the way and automatically mutes.
Altogether, I am thrilled with this headset! I think you are definitely going to want to check it out if you are on calls or in zoom meetings a lot, and this headset also is custom tailored to work extremely well with Microsoft Teams! This is great as this appears to be growing more and more in the remote work business sector. Thanks for reading and I hope this review helps give you confidence in your purchase!

• Noise cancellation is descent, yet music from a phone thats a few feet away can be heard slightly. •Mic does sound excellent from a few recordings ive done. • For comfort my ears do get tired eventually after a few hours so i move them to the side to rest my ears. •In range I got about 50ft with a few walls in between before signal begins to drop. •Battery seems very good yet headset probably uses some sort of sleep mode to preserve battery because not all notifications will come in if there is no audio. Overall i expected more but this headset will do just fine for working from home. Helps me allot to detach from my desk and not miss any calls.

I bought these in order to be able to move about during online meetings. So far I have been able to move anywhere in the house and still have full sound. Sound quality is great. Comfort is good, but start to feel a little tight when wearing for longer periods.
When I first used them, I was surprised that I could not hear myself speak. I was going to return them and then learned that I could use a phone app to change a setting that would allow my voice to be played though the headset. After that it works well.

These are really great headphones. I know they're pricey, but the sound quality is great, and the battery life is fantastic. I use them working from home several days a week, don't have to charge every day, and then when it does need to charge, gets back to 100% pretty quickly.
The only improvement they could make would be to build a slot into them to hold the USB antenna that you plug into your computer

I had high hopes for these headphones as I spend a good amount of my day in Microsoft Teams Calls, however I was utterly disappointed with the performance of these headphones. The call answer/end button rarely worked, when I reached out to support they directed to install the Plantronic Hub on top of the Poly Lens I already had installed, the call answer/end worked for a day after that. Mute/unmute was completely unreliable, I would often unmute in a meeting to speak only and the headphones would get stuck in a cycle of unmuting and muting again so I couldn’t speak. I more or less was nervous after this happening over multiple days that I couldn’t trust if the mute/unmute would even work. On top of all of this, I couldn’t hear Teams notification sounds unless I was in an active call. After a few days of attempting to troubleshoot I ended up retiring the device. I recommend skipping these if you are looking for wirelsss Teams certified headphones.
