I have been in phone sales for over 25 years. I work from the road and this is by far the best headset I have ever had. It last a full 6 hours. I can jam rock music in my office and sit on the phone taking and they don’t hear any music! It is very discreet and I feel is more professional than two ear buds. You hardly notice it. i bought two I liked it so much. I love that I can be blue tooth on my cell and computer at the sane time and switch back and forth from my office land line, cell and computer audio. Only thing I wish it had was a holster or case to safely carry it off the ear.

I have been a fan of Plantronics Bluetooth headset for about 10 years now. I love the comfortability and discrete style. As well as the quality of sound as well as noise reductiom, durability & battery life. It also charges quickly. It is exceptionally easy to use I have recommended this product to numerous people And now many of my friends and family members also swear by this product too. It is an excellent product to purchase especially if you add the BESTBUY warranty protection on top of the manufacturer warranty...its a win win purchase everytime

This headset is honestly the very best out of every brand and every model I've ever used. I run a business and a website that requires me to be on the phone all day speaking with customers and vendors. This headset can outlast last me on a long day on a single charge. The sound quality, sound level, and the bluetooth range is all excellent. I have had every version of this Plantronics headset since it was originally introduced, and probably owned at least 12 of them since it came out many years ago. They will usually make it through at least a whole year of daily use (and the inadvertent abuse that just happens). The only bad thing that can happen sooner is the clear earbud pad or it's little foam ring can tear if you put the unit in your pocket, but additional earbud pads can be purchased online. I'm so happy that they went back to a mini USB connector for charging, the previous generation needed a special proprietary magnetic charging cable that was really a pain. This latest model is totally the bee's knees.

    Better than earlier legend

I use my headset daily and need one with good sound quality and long battery life. The 5200 has excellent sound quality and battery life similar to the legend. One improvement in the 5200 is the option to use either the proprietary charger or a micro-USB charger. The previous legend would only support the proprietary charger. I did notice that the proprietary charger from my old Legend does not fit the new 5200. This doesn't really matter to me as I prefer charging my headset with the micro-USB. The headset is a little bit wider than the previous headset. When I wear the 5200 for 8+ hours, I can notice that I feel a little bit sore when I take it off. I wear glasses and this may contribute, or be the reason, that I have soreness after long wear times. The earpiece might be more comfortable for someone who does not wear glasses. I do think the earpiece seems to fit better on this model and is easier for me to hear conversations. I have looked for other models that would offer great call quality with better sound, but so far have not been able to find one with the features I desire most.

Best darn headphones for talking on the phone

I mostly work from home as a software consultant and a lot of times I need to talk to customers on the phone. Working from home has a lot of perks but when I get bored sometimes or when Comcast internet is acting up, then I hit coffee shops or bars around my neighborhood. When I'm in coffee shops or bars, the background noises tend to carry through the phone and most times customers don't appreciate that. I've been searching and testing for headphones that will block background noises for phone conversations, but a lot of these new headphones concentrate on blocking background noises for your hearing by using some kind of digital white noise. Jabra was one of the first to offer active background noise cancellation back around 2006. And their latest is Jabra Elite 65T. Which I think does very well, but still leaks a lot of background noises during phone calls. Bose is coming out with Bose NCH 700 that is supposed to have the best noise cancellation for hearing and also background noise cancellation for phone calls. But that isn't out until the end of June 2019 and there aren't a lot of reviews on how this actually fares during phone calls. While researching for the best phone call quality on all headphones, because of my interest with Bose NCH 700, I came across two products that actually have the best background noise cancellation: BlueParrott B450-XT and this Plantronics Voyager 5200. Granted these are headset and aren't dual-eared headphones, but they are AWESOME for making phone calls that my customers don't know that I'm actually in a coffee shop, with the music glaring, blender whirring, and people talking in the background. These are even better than the pioneer Jabra headphones. Truthfully, the BlueParrott headset was the best at blocking background noises for phone calls, but I chose the Voyager because it's a little more conspicuous and doesn't make it look like I'm wearing a headset designed for playing video games. Batter quality is great, too. Although you should invest in buying the charger case as that will allow to store the earphone in the case and charging it at the same time. The only reason that I set it to 4 stars instead of 5 is because the voice notification telling you that it is on and connected to your devices doesn't come on when you already have the ear piece mounted on your ear. You have to turn it on, then place the ear piece on your ear and then the notification will tell you that the device is on. Maybe they can fix this with their next firmware. Just remember, this earphone is meant for phone conversations and not meant for audiophiles listening to music.

I have been a fan of Plantronics products since 2008. I started with the Pro, moved on to the Legend, and once the 5220 came out, I just knew I had to have it. The Plantronics Bluetooth headset quality just keeps improving from generation to generation. If you are looking for a product with superior sound quality, amazing background noise cancellation, comfort via all day wear, long lasting battery life, easy to access micro USB charging port and just a stylish design then this headset is for you. If all of the prior mentioned “sounds” appealing, then the 5220 is a definite must buy.

So I'm a tow truck operator, shop manager and a dispatcher. I carry a work and personal phone all day long. Im always answering the phone, moving around, getting under cars and trucks and towing all day long.I have always purchased in ear bluetooth like the jabra stealth or the plt 3200 series because I always thought this over the ear set would just come off easily or be uncomfortable. I also wear glasses 24/7 so I just assumed I needed an in ear headset. Unfortunately my plt3200 series kicked the bucket which I had for over 3 years and decided to purchase the plt 5220. To my surprise this headset is amazing. I keep it on my left ear with glasses and it is VERY comfortable all day long. My glasses do have a slight tilt to them but it doesn't bother me at all. I have Oakley airdrop's which are not skinny glasses. I've been really testing it out, moving my head quickly, throwing myself under vehicles to see if it comes right off but it has held on so far without once coming off. The battery life is soooooo much better from the 3200. I can actually use this headset all day long at an average of 30 to 50 or so calls a day. I am very impressed and will see how long this headset will endure. I did purchase a warranty from bestbuy just to be safe.

Best Earpiece on the Market Today!!

These earpieces are solid and can take quite a bit of abuse. The earpiece is packed with features like noise canceling across 4 microphones, charging while in use, sweat proofing, and it also recognizes whether it’s being worn or not. The dual connection feature is slick and works seamlessly between 2 devices. The V5200 can stream audio from your phone, and when in use, people generally think I’ve left the call because they can no longer hear the background. The firmware can also be updated via PLT HUB app over Bluetooth. This packs a handy lost and found feature as well. I’ve kept several of these in rotation through the years and to be honest, sometimes they do fail. I’ve had a few to crap out on the microphone either echoing or my party not being able to hear me when I call. Nonetheless, each one still powered on and received a charge. So..when one fails, I will most definitely buy another. Hands down, this is a fantastic selection of Bluetooth and is the best on the market in my option. A ton of features and great call quality in a uniquely sophisticated way.

Here’s a well-crafted positive review for your Poly 5200 that sounds natural and compelling: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Bluetooth Headset – Crystal Clear & Comfortable! I recently purchased the Poly 5200, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations! The call quality is exceptional, with crystal-clear audio on both ends. The noise cancellation is top-notch, making it perfect for professional calls and even noisy environments. What I love most is the comfort—it’s lightweight and fits securely without causing ear fatigue, even after long hours of use. The battery life is impressive, lasting through an entire workday without needing a charge. Pairing with multiple devices is seamless, and the connectivity is rock solid. If you’re looking for a high-quality, reliable, and comfortable Bluetooth headset, the Poly 5200 is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended! Feel free to tweak it based on your personal experience!

This Plantronics 5220 Bluetooth is definitely a better Bluetooth, the volume is satisfactory, it doesn't seem to lose connectivity all the time. It has a great battery life and I really don't have any complaints except for the fact that I lost it and it would be nice if it had a standard c+ charging port instead of a micro USB.

4 mics cancel out most ambient noise plus wind noise, making this headset a clear choice. Fits snug in ear and sound quality is good. Lightweight, sweat proof and a 7 hour better make this a great choice for daily users.

This has greasy sound for music and speech and it’s easy to pair with the device. You have various ways to answer a call - say the word answer, just turn it on, or push the answer button. You can use Alexa or Siri to call, too. The only thing I don’t like is that it isn’t secure on my ear. It fell off once. I decided to have this one to use at work since I’m mostly at my desk.

This is a great bluetooth headset. I won't talk on my phone if I don't have it. My callers seem to hear me fine without hearing all my background noise. I have even used it while it was raining without any issues. I highly recommend this if you need a durable headset.

Overall the headset is great! I was looking for a earpiece that didnt amplify the background noise more than my voice. Usually when using ear buds, I get complaints about the tv or music being loud, when in all actuality the volume would be low. I have not had anyone complain about background noise, so a win for me. The battery life needs improvement. The headset does not sit comfortably on my ear. I would have also prefered a c-type charging port.

Best headset for business use on the market! Don't buy this if you want awesome streaming audio. This is a purpose-built headset. Built for talking and listening to phone and video calls. Does it work to stream music? Of course, but the audio quality is not tuned for music streaming and neither is the battery life. If you use it primary for phone calls, you won't be dissapointed. Excellent noise-cancelling microphone. People can always here me in meetings even when I'm outside and it's breezy or I'm in a public setting and there is a lot of background noise.

I tried multiple and honestly none of them have been comfortable. They either give me a earache, don't stay in the ear, or are hard to hear on. But with this Bluetooth I really haven't had to many complaints. It is very lightweight and volume is pretty good. The ear piece does feel like it's going to out of my ear so I am constantly pushing it back in. As for battery life it's pretty much the same as the rest of them, short.

I been using Plantronics for years and i definitely the best product on the market for earpiece I give4 star rating only because is no for outdoors like water and dust proof , I mean light rain it won't hurt but I'm semi truck owner operator and I spent lot of time in shipping yards and doesn't read (speak)text messages otherwise is5 star product. I did tried the new military grade Jabra for like two days ,that is water, dust and shock proof but sound is good average comfort wearing is horible

I like this Bluetooth. It is pretty comfortable and your ability to hear and be heard is excellent! I will say about 12 years ago when I first starting using this brand. It was made by Plantronics. Now, it is made by Poly. The noise canceling is good. It used to be excellent!! I am not sure what happened; however, it is still a good Bluetooth.
